Lately I have been getting very fierce and debilitating bouts of stress, anxiety and worry as a result of the toxic combination of new job + high workload + lack of knowledge and experience at new job + my own perfectionist tendencies. I suspect that this is a spiritual attack to drive me to make my work into an idol and/or a test of my faith and dependence on God.
Please pray that God’s peace, wisdom and guidance will lead me in my work and that I would be able to cope with my responsibilities and get along with my colleagues and superiors. Please pray that I can grow in faith and let God take control so that I can be a shining light for Him in the workplace instead of the mess I am right now. And that I will have the time and energy to handle and finish my assignments (as well as for writing :P).

Would you guys please pray for my sister? Last night she had a concussion when she banged her head into the side of a door in the dark. She’s blacked out for a little bit, and is having vision and balance problems. We’d really appreciate your prayers right now.

Well…
It turned out that he had lung cancer. He passed away in June.

If hours don't turn into days@ariel-ashira I seem to recall someone else’s sister getting a concussion and I thought maybe it was yours as well? Either that or @alia ‘s. I’ll pray 🙂 Concussions are horrible things 🙁
@valtmy I’ll definitely be praying. I understand the stress of life and how debilitating it can be.@devastate-landing I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ll be praying for you and for his family.

The vet thought our pony had had a heart attack and having her put down was the best thing we could do. It was very sad, but it was a relief. Thanks so much for your prayers. @seekjustice Man, that is hard. We’ve had to put animals down before, and its awful.I don’t know if its my sister you are thinking of, but this sister has had two concussions before. She’s okay, but being very careful right now. Thank you for praying!
