Ooof yeah that’s hard. My mom and my siblings’ is all touch (which makes it so hard for me to know how to help my mom rn because it hurts her to be touched right now) and I am definitely not a person who loves to be touched (though I do love hugs once in a while!!!) I think mine is acts of service? I just like it when people do stuff for me (that makes me sound like a little brat, haha!). I’m not sure about my Dad though.

LEFSE FOREVER!!!!!! <333Hmmm… I haven’t thought about New Year’s resolutions. I really need to get into a better writing habit (as opposed to just planning.) Maybe I’ll resolve to finish, or at least make progress on, a novel draft.

Here are some of mine:
- grow closer to the Lord (always an ongoing goal of course 😉 )
- pray more often for my future husband
- work out five days a week (I probably should start conditioning for volleyball already) and eat healthier (we’ll see if that happens XD)
- make the varsity volleyball team (I was on varsity by default last year, so this year I actually have to work for it)
- complete the final draft of the first book in my trilogy and get the second book into the third draft
- complete the final draft of a standalone novel I’ve been working on
- complete the first or second draft of a new novel idea I have
- I can’t think of anything else but I might come up with more later XD I set pretty high goals for myself, lol

@walkbyfaith Great Topic Idea!!
I guess a couple goals/resolutions I have for 2024 are these:
- strengthen my relationship with God
- publish my first novel and begin really writing the sequel
- exercise more/do regular stretches
- be more patient/loving towards myself
- continue on with my passions for writing, ASL, and orphans

Some of my resolutions are….
- Learn to drive
- Publish my novel
- Learn to think before I speak (I do that most of the time, but I usually have the perfect comeback…)

A little late, but I resolved to be more focused in general. Particularly with my relationship with the Lord. I have a relationship, and it’s constantly growing, but I want it in mind in every moment.
He is perfect in Justice, yet He is perfect in Mercy, even when we fail Him. For this, He is good.
