That’s a really cool idea!! I like that!!

I just maybe… maybe… like a teensy bit maybe… just might start planning my his-fic. But I know if I start, I’ll really want to start writing it. 😅
But for some reason, I really want to write a story where the MC is like this super cool agent or something who was in hiding, but has to come out of hiding. Idk why. Lol 😁

OH!! But….speaking of new WIPs….
A long while back I was lying in bed and…Sometimes I imagine stories in my head, and this one was good enough to write down a portion….
I don’t really know what these two’s story totally is…but hey ya never know…

So this is the dialogue I wrote down…
Again, I don’t have any new WIPs I’m starting but idk, this still just struck out at me when I was lying in bed…tell me what y’all think!
“Do…do you believe what dad said?”
“What about?”
“About…about us….our family. That…that gold runs through our veins. Silver…and ruby?” Raven’s voice was a whisper now, more childlike then it had been in a while.
—— glanced at him, taking in his pale face.
“Ah…I always figured it was a…saying of sorts. That he spoke of gold, earthly things as a type and shadow of…well…courage, things like that. You know?” He looked at his brother, wondering if he understood.
Raven looked down through the window, nodding slowly. “Y-Yea…right. I’m sure that’s what he meant…”
And then there was this one that same night with the same brothers
“We were just worried about you….with dad gone now…”
“Please don’t.”
“Don’t what?”
“Give the whole, “Dad is gone, so now all we have is each other,” speech…”
Huh…had he been about to do that? He supposed so. He chuckled.
“Fair enough.”
Raven sighed, hands settling over one leg. “Just…stop trying to be him.” He looked up, his eyes meeting ——. “Please?”
—— tipped his chin in a small nod. “Alright…I’ll…I’ll try.”
Raven smiled.

#ProtectSebYour story sounds exciting! I wrote a choose-your-own-adventure story once. I was like ten and it was for Clubhouse magazine. Sadly, it didn’t get published.
I’m not starting a new WIP, yet. I need to finish my current one. After that . . . editing!!! Three whole awfully-written books! (Well, at least the first one is awful.)
Probably it’ll be next yearish before I get on to another book. (I have fresh pretty notebooks waiting!)
Dark is the Shadow, and yet my heart rejoices.
@mineralizedwritings I actually don’t like Choose Your Own Adventure stories much…but that’s probably because all the ones I read have your character die if you fail. Yours sounds so much better. I’d read it!
And no, I’m not really working on much…..just making more of my Rexy series, considering writing a novel with my dad, and possibly writing at least the first and second stories in a 10-book fanfic.

nawh but I did think it was a cool idea!! It would probably be fantasy….of course 😂
But…if I do ever write it (no promises) maybe it’ll be one of those fantasies where it takes place within the real world…?
I’m thinking maybe an 1800s steampunk vibe but low key?
I already had a series way back I had started (a Peter Pan retelling) set in a fantasy world (my fantasy world lol) that has been placed on the back burner and it had steampunk elements in it. I still love that story dearly, especially Peter, as he was a dear piece of my heart and probably always will be, but alas, my current series is most important.

So, I’m working on my new WIP, The working title currently is “Faith’s Journey”, with Asher and Iris, then I had an idea for a his fic short story for my friend that I’m going to start soon, and then I have like two other book ideas that I’ll probably start writing this year XD. So ya. Its a lot!! 😀
