oooh, is he the villain? or a character who’s on the good side but doesn’t have good intentions?
thoughts:
-he’s either a legitimate heir who shouldn’t be on the throne for some reason but is/wants to be, or a usurper.
-he has a pet crow or raven
-he’s killed before and will kill again
-someone close to him died or he lost something important to him and now he’s angry.

This one’s fascinating. I like him, even though he’s probably not a great guy… yup. You said he’s a villain. Oh well. XD Let’s see…
The board is both straight forward and mysterious, so I’m guessing the character is pretty similar. The child aspects are most interesting to me, since I can’t tell if they represent him or someone he cares about… Either way I’m intrigued.
He obviously loved someone and lost them, but it’s more to that. It’s tied to his identity. He clings to a position of control, perhaps because it’s “all” he has left, perhaps because he fears being under someone else’s control. (or not. I’m having fun guessing.) He’s a bit cutthroat, but I’m guessing he’s not the “biggest” villain in the story.
The raven seems to be something like a house symbol. I like the idea of him having one as a pet. It fits his moodiness and intelligence. He is, of course, a person of violent moods, but also an epic schemer and strategist. He probably likes logic games like Chess, but he also likes to make up his own rules. He’s a skilled warrior, especially in more long-distance weapons.
And that’s a lot of rambles. I hope it’s as fun to read through as it was to think up. 🙂

Ooo Ink aesthetics!! I love the vintage/victoian style. It’s classy and dramatic, my favorite. Lol.
Brea’s is making me rethink her a bit. I like it. It’s playful and serious at the same time. The color choice is intriguing. The old photo is precious.
Felicity… I love it. I am also concerned. It’s beautiful and cold with a heart that’s warm but sad. I really like the cathedral window and the feet in the snow. Does she need tea and cookies? Someone to watch her back? I can see a little how she’s changed from when you first introduced her.
