Hey guys! Time to talk about this writing zoom call idea. If anyone is interested, please let me know what your time zone is, and when you’re usually free. I’ll try to arrange a time when the most people can get together.
The idea for this call is to have a few writing “sprints” which will probably go for 30 minutes each. Something like that. Between those times, we can talk about what we’re doing or just chat for fun. You don’t have to share what you’re doing.
I will be on vacation beginning on the 13th. So ideally we do this before? I’m sorry you might miss this, Duck! We can do more if people like this.
@whalekeeper I’m available Saturdays and weekdays after 5pm pst. But don’t worry about fitting me in if my time doesn’t work with other people’s time. I don’t mind missing it

It is, but we’re all pretty awkward tbh. :] We’ve done this before and I can safely say the rest of us will not care if you have vocal ticks or don’t know how to carry a conversation.
Also what would you be using for it? I’d like to join but not sure if I can with work.
We often use a feature within Google chat, but I can set up a call via Zoom. Let me know what you can do!

My work schedule is about to change around a lot, so I’m not sure exactly what will work. (I’m working at a campground and we’re entering camp season.) Around 3-4 pm would probably be best/closest to possible. After this next week I’m not sure if it will return to it’s prior schedule (free after 5) or do something else wild and entirely ungodly. (why do youth camps stay up so late? I have never liked a 1 am curfew.) My time zone is Central Time.
Saturday afternoons are also possibility. I would not be able to meet this weekend, but after that it would be case-by-case. They’re usually free.
I will say, since I’m not 100% sure what will work best with this upcoming schedule, pick what works best for everyone else and I’ll join as best I can. After this next week, my schedule should even out again/be more open. Hopefully.

Really though, we’re a great group to meet with. We don’t mind if you say half your sentences inside-out (like um, me) or don’t want to talk a lot (we’ve all been there) or talk LOTS!

I’m EST. I’m busy this Sunday all day.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I am gone 4:00 pm into late evening.
One Tuesdays I’m busy the entire later half of the afternoon until late.
Other than that, I’m pretty free most the time. Once we have a time and date set I’ll check with my parents.
