Are any of you on Jesus Writing Month? If not, you should check it out! It’s awesome! It’s like Crazy Writing Week mixed with NaNoWriMo…but I would say it’s better than BOTH!
Justice Tilsher’s writing course on there is amazing as well!!! I highly recommend it!

I haven’t been very active on KP lately…But I have some updates! I’m writing!!! Yes…I’m working on my first draft of my novel, Refuge Rangers. I’ve been sharing moodboards from the story with some people.
You can thank Ellette and Justice Tilsher for getting me into writing RR.

Probably just November. This is the first time they’re doing this, so I’m not 100% what’s happening after November. We’ll see.

On the site it says that when registration ends this fall they’re closing it for good… Is that literally For Good? It mentioned an overflow section for next year, but not sure what that means.
I rather doubt that I’d be able to join this November. It’s always a crazy month for me, what with a church bake sale abd Thanksgiving and college etc. I joined The Next C. S. Lewis Foundation course because it’s schedule was 100% customizable. Still, the JWM sounds fabulous. A really cool approach to writing for God that I haven’t seen before.

Thought about it some more and went ahead and joined! I may not be super active during the month, but I’ll take advantage of a good learning opportunity if I can. 😉 See you there!

It’s a sci-fi story that originally was the catalyst that got me into writing, and onto KP. The main character, Nahim, is tied with Baron for the spot of my favorite oc I’ve ever created atm.
The story holds a lot of personal meaning, so i want to finish it, but I’ve repaired the plot so much already and it’s not working out, so I’m trying again.
Also, no sure how much I’ll participate since my life has gotten really really busy literally right after I joined.

Yes, I’m in college, lol. Currently pursuing my bachelor’s in Theology.
The Next C. S. Lewis foundation is a program by YWW, The Author Conservativatory, and The C. S. Lewis Foundation to help equip young writers ages 15-30 who are looking at pursuing writing seriously for the glory of God and want some guidance. It’s several weeks of video calls, office hours, and drills. If enrollment isn’t open right now (I don’t know, it might be open might not. Don’t remember if they closed it. It’s just the first week though, and the calls are recorded.), they do plan to do it every year. It’s very good! Encouraging and practical.
