Well I like the first book the best, the second is not bad, the third. I think the series could do without it. But that is my opinion.

@princesswriter I see. Well, that’s ok. Honestly, so many people on here are crazy about Tolkien, and I’m really not. I’m sure that you aren’t the only one who doesn’t like the Ascendance Trilogy.
@shannon Yeah same here. I have read some of Tolkien’s books but I don’t care for them either.
