I know who I am
Blinding and bright
I know who I am
Awash in His light
I know who I am
Beyond all reproach
I know who I am
Though I’ll never boast
I know who I am
Made free by grace
I know who I am
And I live by faith
I know who I am
My words say so
I know who I am
It’s time that you know
I am one with Christ
His precious one
I stand for all the good
That He won
I stand in His promise
And I stand for His love
I stand in His presence
That comes from above
I stand in His will
For my life and yours
I stand for its fulfillment
In all of the world
I give you my love
That comes from within
It is the same love
That saved me from sin
Now that you know
Who I have been made
I hope you’re inspired
Maybe you’ve prayed
Because through Christ
You can be just like me
Just give it a try
Soon you will see
God’s love knows no bounds
It conquers everything
It’s so grand and so beautiful
You’ll want to sing
Simply pray and accept
Do you feel the call?
Your new life in Christ
Is the very best of all!

I figured I should put this as an update:
The poem I wrote about “wishing I were hurting like you were…” Well, be careful what you wish for.
Cuz sometimes you get it.
And I can confirm, it does hurt to be the person at fault but it’s a different kind of pain to be hurt without reason.
The pen is mightier than the sword, but in a duel, I'm taking the sword.

Also I’m sorry it took so long to reply! I live in Texas and we just had a really bad cold storm (which is suuuper unusual XD) that knocked our power out for a week 🙃
