A reluctant Crosshair strode over to the other two boys.
“What am I supposed to do?”
Tech enthusiastically explained the game to his brother, with Tirion filling in some details.
“Ready to try?” Tech encouraged.
Crosshair shrugged. “Sure, I’ll give it a try.”
Tirion stood off to the side, letting the two dragon brothers play it out.
He chuckled. Tech turned out to be a lot more ruthless than he let off.

Leo turned and smirked at November. “I think we missed something.”
Riker smiled. Gently nudged November in the side. “I think we missed something big, didn’t we, November?” He winked.

“N-No!” November cried, face turning scarlet. He quickly grabbed his sandwich from Leo, wishing it could hide him. “N-Nothing happened!” He squeaked.
The two boys shared a smirk. “Uh-huh. Your face says otherwise,” Riker said, taking the seat opposite of him, opening his own sandwich. He took a bite.
Leo snickered, sitting down as well.
November groaned, trying to hide behind his hand while he ate.
“I don’t get why you two don’t just get together already. She obviously likes you,” Riker teased, poking November in the head.
“You’re one to talk. What about Miss Iris?” Leo laughed as Riker’s face paled and then shot three shades of red. November couldn’t help but smile a bit at that.
“This isn’t about me!” He yelped.
Leo shook his head. “You’re both hopeless.” He took another bite of his sandwich. “But hey…you do know there’s a school dance coming up, right?”
November nearly choked on his drink.
“Yea…” Riker said quietly.
“Well, it’s a boy asks girl. Perfect chance for both of you.”
November’s heart thumped rapidly.
Him…? Ask…Ara to a…a dance?
N-No…no way!
Sure…Riker had a chance with Iris…I mean…Riker was Riker!
But…November?
And with Ara?
Perfect…
Beautiful…
Ara?
“November?”
“I think you broke him,” Riker said, waving a hand in front of November’s face.

So my charries are actually from a fantasy series, but their stories are slightly changed for this AU.
In the fantasy series my November has a MAJOR crush on his best friend Ara, but she is Oblivious thru most of the entire series.
in this AU however one of the things that changed is she isn’t oblivious but also returns the crush lol.
