I was wondering, would you be comfortable sharing whether or not you have this? You don’t have to; I just had a feeling to ask because I can share personal experience if you need someone to bounce ideas off for Liv’s experiences.
There has been no news for Silksong for today...
At the beginning of this year, I went through a little phase where I really did suspect that I had it, but now I’m not sure…I think I feel more of myself again. Because of that experience, I feel like I have a way better understanding of how people that struggle with this feel (obviously it’s going to be different for everyone and even though mine was really brief I feel for people that do have this for real and it’s long term).
I’d be totally open to suggestions if you have them!!!!

It’s great that you are able to explore those feelings with characters. A phase like that doesn’t feel great but it can open your perspective. <3 (I’m going to shift this conversation somewhere else in a sec)

I… Just had to look up what grade 16 is in. I’ve been in college too long. XD (definitely that and not the Homeschool Brain showing. definitely) It doesn’t help that Viktor is 14 in his book.

“I don’t think so. I haven’t been here long. Just moved here. My cousin Reúven has come here for years though. He might know him.”
The girl was thoughtful a moment, probably trying to see if she could place the name. Then she shrugged. He wasn’t too surprised. Reúven was a natural leader, but not the kind to seek the attention of the crowds. Besides, Reúven’s combat boots and commissioned duffel usually got more admiration than friends these days.
“You know, my sister Alyona is just a bit older than you. She’s still at home. Our uncle is homeschooling her until she’s ready to come here. Maybe next year.”
He paused. “What’s Lois like? What classes are he in? I might know him by face if not his name.”
He sounded like an neat fellow though. Viktor had a feeling that any relation of Brea’s would be someone extraordinary. He relaxed slightly, and let his grin creep out again.

@elishavet-pidyon You’re not alone. I had to look up what grade 10 yr olds are in for Brea, and I wasn’t homeschooled XD

Then she furrowed her brows, thinking, though it instead looked like she was annoyed by something. “He has glasses and his hair kind of looks like yours. He doesn’t talk very much.”

Lukas chewed on his lips for a moment, resting his elbows on the bridge railing. The river gurgled by, providing fresh water for the fountain in the middle of the courtyard. He tried to get the words flowing as fast as this river, but nothing was coming to him. Whenever Lukas was struggling, his friends always had the right thing to say. Why couldn’t he be as good of a friend as they were?
He finally sighed, dropping his head into his hands. “I don’t know, Livia.” He met her eyes. “I’m no expert, and to be honest, probably not the greatest at giving advice either. I’m not sure how to help you but…” He got his fingers tangled in his curls for a moment, then remembered what Ev had said. Shoving his hand into his pocket, he made sure he had Liv’s gaze. “I’ll be here for you. I promise.”
