The lack of communication around here. Why doesn’t Rax take a breath, stop accusing, and ask what happened.

You’re asking that like you didn’t see the dialog with Rax and Alpha. Rax wanted to know what happened and was wondering if he could’ve helped them if he was there, which he is being a little too hard on himself, but most people are. Anyways, when Alpha made the move to be aggressive, Rax took it as if Alpha killed the man in the hall, I mean I would if I was him, I don’t know about you. Sure, Alpha was really trying to protect Silvia, but Rax didn’t see that that was all he was trying to do.
Why are we arguing, it’s an RP, we are meant to have fun, this is not real life. Rax is like Alpha, attack and don’t think of all the reasons.

Alpha knocked away the guy’s hand. “Firstly, I didn’t murder in cold blood. The man was holding a knife to that little girl’s throat, so I killed him to save her. If I had murdered him, I would have killed Silvia too, then gone looking for my sister and killed her. It is the sad truth that if I should ever become what I was created to become, I would kill all of my adopted family, and carry their bodies back to my true father, to lay at his feet. Secondly, one can not be truly born for destruction unless they have been created by the one who said he was meant for destruction. Those who are normally born are only given an assignment in life, if any at all, after they already are born. I was never born, not in the way you think of birth. My true mother is a test tube, and since I was created by man’s hands, I was given my purpose before I was even more than a few vials of blood. Thirdly, are you blind? I could have lived without your healing just fine, but Bird Boy looks as though he is on his last bit of strength!”

Marcel put his head between his legs and took some deep breaths. His vision began to fail again. “Don’t call me Bird Boy… It’s Marcel. You guys should stop taking matters into your own hands and find a police station.”

He didn’t know what to think. He moved over to Marcel to heal him. “I do believe that you saved that girls life, I am sorry that I judged you. But when you throw a knife at me, someone who just asked to repent, I tend to think that you are arguably someone who kills in cold blood.” He finished healing Marcel, and he turned to the man. “I am sorry for judging you,” Rax held his hand out, “I hope you forgive me.”

“I-” Navin took a step back, snapped the notebook shut, holding it tight until he felt the corners and sides digging into his fingers.
“N- no, I… you can- n- not, thanks.”
That came across ruder than he’d planned… Navin glanced at the ground then at Astro, quickly remembering the other question. And why would he report Astro? If people reported Navin everytime he accidentally used an irritable tone, they’d lock him in prison to make him stop.
“My name is Nay- nah-… sheesh…” This shouldn’t be this hard, and he again spoke in a voice he wasn’t sure this person could hear. “Navin… s- sorry I bumped into you. Uh… d- do you know where t- the exit… is?”

Alpha stood, still not accepting the man’s hand. “Don’t feel sorry about it. I like throwing knives at people, and since you were making comments about possibly being able to save that man if you were there, I figured you somehow knew him, and were after Silvia too. Speaking of the poor girl, I need to go make sure she has found her brother.” With that, Alpha turned, following the hallway Silvia had taken.

Rax looked at his hand, he knew it was disrespectful not to shake one’s hand, but he made an exception, seeing how he was from a different culture. Rax sighed, “Are there more like that man who are wanting to kill or do whatever to this girl, Silvia?”

The healing helped the pain somewhat, and Marcel got to his feet. Before he could speak, a voice blared through the ceiling speakers. “All students in the north wing of level three, evacuate for your own safety. All those involved in the situation, come to the school lobby immediately. This is your new security personnel speaking.”

Leo
He sucked in a breath and nodded. “I know. I know. We’re going to get out of here as soon as Silvia gets cleaned up.”
He glanced at the bathroom door where his sister had disappeared. A minute passed. Distant voices echoed down from the fight scene, or whatever that was. Leo tensed. Sighed. Looked over at Rory.
The kid seemed strained. He kept glancing back the way they’d come and shifting his feet.
“Look. After we get out of here, you need a safe place to go, right? Somewhere the Agents won’t think to follow. I can take you to our ship near the edge of town for now.” Leo laid a hand on Rory’s shoulder with a gentle smile. “The Mantis isn’t large, but there’s room for another on board. We can get–”
A hundred speakers’ buzz cut through the school. The rest of Leo’s words were drowned out by an official voice.

Great blue stars. Three steps and he was calling at the bathroom door. “We gotta go, Sis. Now.”
The door opened and Silvia scurried out still zipping up her backpack. Her face and hands were scrubbed pink and were all that peeked out from the oversized shirt. It covered the spots on her skirt.
“Let’s go.”
