Chase’s natural eye color is green, and it was his mother’s favorite color. When he wishes to start a conversation, he starts with “I like green.” It’s also a sentence he doesn’t have much trouble saying.

Chase smiled slightly. “Wh-whi…is” Chase’s smile faded, as he took in a deep breath.
“I-I’m sorry th-that I can’t spe-speak well. What…is…your…fav-or-rit color?” He asked, looking stressed.

June 13, 2024 at 2:04 pm #180944@anyone So the newspaper thing is more of a club than a class, so how would that work? Should there be like a teacher supervisor? Should one of the students lead? Idk sorry I’m kinda stuck

“It’s fine,” she smiled reassuringly. “I like….” her voice trailed off. “I like green too.”
That’s so funny…because Sef’s eyes are green and so are her mother’s!!!

June 13, 2024 at 2:32 pm #180946I’m not sure, tbh. It probably has a couple supervisors who make sure the kids write articles on time, edit sufficiently, and organize the paper. The kids might spend the club time writing and trading projects to clean up. That’s how I picture it.

June 13, 2024 at 4:05 pm #180957Thanks. It was this rp that gave me the idea.
Chase
Chase’s eyes changed to a purplish blue as he took a large bite of pizza. He chewed in silence for a moment, before pausing. Black began to overtake the pretty shade of his eyes, but it soon retreated. Chase swallowed his bite before speaking again. “D-do you l-like squ-er-rels?”

I remember you posted about that but I don’t feel like scrolling back 70 pages to find them haha!
Sef
“I never thought about them. I guess so,” she took another bite, chewed, and swallowed. “Do you like cockroaches?”

June 13, 2024 at 4:45 pm #180967Sure! This is the basic stuff I have so far. If two colors are mixed, or are deeper or paler than normal, it’s just degrees of emotion and mixture of emotion. May change later, but that’s how it is rn.
Green—normal/trust
Black—scared/insecurity/mistrust
Yellow—bad feeling/warning
Red—anger
White—pain/stress
Purple—interest/curiosity
Blue—happiness/peace
Deep orange—boredom/uninterested
Chase
