Lukas chuckled at Xandro’s goofing off. “Yeah, buddy. If you behave, I’ll pay for you. Maybe I’ll get you an ice cream or something.”
Xandro nodded.
“Wait, no, not an ice cream,” Lukas said, his eyes wide. He cast a worried side glance towards Liv, holding back a laugh. “Alright, how about we go to that diner down the street?” He straightened, feeling much more confident now that he had started to relax.
As they approached, Lukas said, “Looks like the inside is full. I guess we’ll sit outside instead.”
I don’t know if you want them to talk while they eat or skip farther ahead… cuz I’ve got an adorable idea for after dinner… it has to do with a milkshake…

Ok, I think I’ll skip ahead cuz I don’t know what else they could talk about rn. XD

They ate dinner without too much of an interruption from Xandro, especially after Lukas bought him his first hamburger. The waitress came back as they finished and asked, “Can I get you anything else?”
“I think I’ll have a milkshake,” Lukas said.
“Me too,” Liv echoed.
The waitress wrote down their order, then hurried back inside.
A few minutes later, a frazzled waitress, different than the other one, came running in. She pointed at Lukas. “You guys ordered a milkshake, right?”
Lukas nodded. “Yeah, and ano—”
“Ok good.” She set the milkshake down and tossed a handful of straws on the table before running back inside. From the open door wafted a chorus of sounds. Then it slammed shut and it was silent again.
Lukas blinked and stared at the milkshake. “Well, I guess only one of us gets the milkshake.”
“You can have it.”
“No, you should.”
“No, you have it.”
“Liv, I really think—”
“Please, just take it.”
Lukas let out a soft chuckle. He reached for it, then paused. A smile stretched across his face. “We can share it…” He gestured to the pile of straws.

“Definitely,” Lukas nodded. Xandro snorted, slowly bringing his nose closer to the milkshake.
“Um…no. You already had candy,” Liv gave him a look.

Lukas poked two straws into the milkshake, then motioned with his head. The two bent down at once, lightly knocking heads. Lukas chuckled, avoiding her eyes. But then they leaned in again, and this time Lukas couldn’t avoid her eyes. They were blue… so blue… but not just blue. They were like the ocean—endless and mesmerizing.

“Far is the goal.” Dante was hesitant sharing about his home, but his talkative side won over. “I’m from a small planet in the Zelcin star system. It doesn’t even have a name, only a number. Bit of a dump, honestly. I don’t miss it. I stowed away on a cargo ship that was passing by here. Figured visiting a planet outside of my own star system would be exciting.” He shrugged. “Haven’t been disappointed yet.”

I’ve got a grand scheme for Chase and Sef coming up, but I want to run it by you all so that we can sorta scheme together XD. So tomorrow (in the rp, not in real life) or day if the dance, but probably tomorrow, Chase is gonna ask at least Fynn and Lukas and Marcel out to the mall again, leaving in the early hours while Sef is with Liv and Callie in their dorm (since I suspect that’s where she’ll be. She can’t stay with Chase, and Chase wouldn’t want her with people he didn’t trust) The idea is that Chase gets the suit and tie he declined before when he was with Fynn (he’ll trade his silver for this world’s currency.) And a bouquet of flowers. He’ll probably talk with the rest about how he feels about Sef, and then later in the day, he’ll show up all dressed up with flowers and ask Sef to the dance! Anyways, what do you think? A boy’s day out talking about girls and Chase asking Sef.
