Oh, now I feel bad now, yet relieved. I honestly was afraid you thought it was spanning too long.
Yeah no, you’re good 🙂
I’ll keep it from Marcel that his frustration hurt Chase…actually, it probably was good for Chase, since he’s thinking over what Marcel said more than if Marcel and he had parted quietly. Actually, it was probably best how it all went down. 🙂
I am sorry for cutting it off like that, but I honestly think my boy wouldn’t have been able to talk much longer. I’m glad it works out anyway 😝
I just don’t know where my boy is right now… ack he’s past the edges of my awareness and that is NOT good
Your Chase is going to have to find a girl, you know 😂
ok, much more accurate now
Bruh I wish there were cool cultural figures with my name… *fumes in jealousy*

I know, but there haven’t really been any. Callie is a friend, but Chase doesn’t have a crush on her, same with Liv, and he hasn’t met anymore girls.

I don’t mind. Don’t know if you could tell, but I was a little stuck there so you actually helped.
I literally scrolled back sixty pages to find Felicity’s eye color… 😐 I just had to know. Now I know. They are gray, They are GRAY. I will never forget.
I uh actually forgot her eye color so I was just avoiding describing them as much as possible this entire time. XD Thanks for doing all the scrolling I was too lazy to do lol

“Do you have anything, Felicity?”
She gave a sly smile. “Oh, you bet I do.” Without elaborating, she walked confidently up to the blonde lady at the desk. On her hand, the illusion spell Lois had given her was glowing slightly. The girls filled out their forms and were let inside. Several students milled about the large dance room, waiting for class to begin. Felicity noticed Mr. Gregory standing with perfect posture in the corner, eyeing all the students suspiciously.
Lois suddenly walked over from the other side of the room and greeted them. Felicity gave a big smile.
“Hey!” Her voice was a bit higher than usual. “I didn’t know if you’d show! We need to get ourselves some phones like Babs has. Ok, this is perfect. Now I can show both of you.”
She waved her hand and the illusion spell on her hand flashed gold, and then disappeared completely. Suddenly, she was wearing a large satchel and a red hoodie tied around her waist. She grinned at Babs.
“I found a copy of the flyer and bought all this stuff while we were out seeing the sights around town.”
She opened the bag to reveal a collection of glass jars, pens, crumpled papers, and mis-matched flip-flops.
“Me and Lois are going to hide these around the room before class starts.”
“No I’m not.”
“Yes you are.”
Lois shook his head.
(This probably has several plot holes, but who cares)

Awwww
@everyone
I wrote a lot of exposition for Cal’s POV, so hopefully everyone is on the same page with locations and stuff.
I also think it’s funny how another “scholarly” character in this RP is also nicknamed Cal, and is written by a person who is also named Cal. But boy, is it confusing.
Calvin
A soft rain haze bristled against Calvin’s nose and cheeks, and without much struggle he pulled on a buttery cap and nestled against the bus railing.
The lights inside the bus cast a glow around it on the street, like a firefly crawling along a stone. From above, on the second level, students tried to shield themselves from the rain any way possible, most either by cuddling against each other or holding their bags in front of their faces.
Dance class would start any minute now, and Calvin wondered why the instructors held it outside of the school. Perhaps they wanted the shyer students to expand their horizons.
Calvin was not what a teacher called a shy student, but he was certainly a reserved one. Knowledge came naturally, and if asked to elaborate he would do so gladly, but he would not go out of his way to include people in his personal life.
He pulled his cap to one side of his violet-streaked hair, and blinked the water out of dark amber eyes.
The rain brings out my colors…
It comforted him, to look so much like his dad.
The bus stopped soon. Calvin followed the slow line of students down the metal stairs, past a tired young college student monitoring their path, and out the door.
A group of large teenagers knocked Calvin back against the body of the bus, with their loud talk and swinging bodies. They didn’t notice.
Cal forgave them almost instantly, but felt a little drooped when he saw how soaked his new sneakers were.
He picked himself back up, tipped his cap to the bus driver, and carefully withdrew from the group under a nearby shop awning. Waiting for a quiet sidewalk never hurt anybody.
The shop sign he stood next to read, in neon green lights, F O R T U N E T E L L E R.
Calvin furrowed his eyebrows skeptically, and shook off his wrapped umbrella.
Inside, the shop lights were off, so the interior hid behind shadows. He could barely make out a hatstand next to the door.
Something glowed on the floor inside, but even against the window, Cal didn’t know what it was.
He turned at the noise of laughing, and saw the last group had entered the dance building. Quickly he scurried along, gray coat flying, to the checkout window inside.
“Hello, sweetie,” the woman said, “please sign this paper and check for these items.”
Cal scrawled his signature, and dumped his entire bag in the counter. It was filled with books.
The woman raised a brow.
“I study a lot,” Cal laughed.
“Oh I’ve seen worse,” the woman sighed, putting her sketch pad down. “Give me a second to put them in a cubby.”
“Thank you, ma’am.” Calvin pressed his hands together with a smile, and ran along the hallway into the big room.
The bright light almost stopped him dead, after so much grayness outside. The other students looked confused, bustling up against each other in an effort to look casual, when in reality they had no idea what to do. The large room had mirrors on one wall, and lots of smooth, shiny floor to dance on.
Calvin pushed his cap back, so he could see more clearly. “What a beauty of a space.”
Someone behind him began rambling, half laughing, “…Felicity, you’re going to get in trouble, and then I’ll be here all alone without friends because I listened to the rules, and oh, you are such a -“
Calvin whirled around and grabbed the girl’s hands from behind.
“Oh – my stars – ack!” It was Babs. She whirled around too, hissing like a great ginger cat. “Cal! You, you… you…”
“Meanie?” Calvin said, with a huge smile.
“Yes, that. Oh, I could just smack you!”
“But,” Calvin tilted his head mysteriously, letting the ceiling light throw sparkles over his hair and eyes, “You won’t. I’m too handsome and mysterious.”
“Oh…” Babs scowled, but obviously couldn’t think of anything to say. Her face contorted with all the replies Calvin needed in the world, with a deep tint of pink to top it off.
Behind her stood Felicity, a white-haired girl with a rascal’s smile, who hid her bag behind her back. “Hello. I’m Felicity. This here is Lois.”
A tired boy next to her raised his hand. “That’s me.”
Calvin tapped his forehead. “I‘ll try to remember. Nice to meet you both. Are you together?”
