“What brought you to the school?” Chase hid his surprise about this being a school, he hadn’t been in a real school long, something always went wrong. Someone would bully him and his fists would lash out, he’d even broken someone’s nose before. Other times the teachers treated him special because he was a “poor dear” and Chase never liked special treatment. He always found some way to make the teachers angry with him. And other times he just couldn’t handle school in general. He had to face it, his school record was black, even since he met his foster family, the Marshalls.
“Uh, My-my mother wanted me here.” It was true, his mother had wanted him in school, but hopefully these two boys, or anyone for that matter, didn’t find out his mother had been dead for two years, and his father in prison. Chase shivered as if chilled at the thought. Chse looked at the floor again, trying to hide the water getting in his eyes. “Y-you?”
Btw, Chase stutters only when he’s a little shocked or doesn’t know exactly what to say.
"You need French Toast."
Umm… there might be a stable, but idk. You can just create one if you want, or she can literally bring the horse into the school to create some chaos if you want. XD

Lukas felt a small spark of empathy for Chase. He must be nervous. At least that why Lukas always stuttered. Lukas gave him a confident smile. “Cool! I guess it’s the same for me. Except… my father really wanted me here.” And Lukas wanted to be there too, he just hoped he could stay. If his grades got too low… then his father would probably pull him. There was no way Lukas wanted to be taught by his father at home. That wouldn’t go too well.
“I’m here because, well,” Fynn cocked his head and chuckled. “Our life was pretty crazy before this, so when my parents saw that we had a chance to go to a somewhat ‘normal’ school, they jumped on it. My two other siblings go here too, but oldest brother works as a therapist. Do you have any siblings?”
Lukas was actually surprised that Fynn was managing to politely carry on a normal conversation for once. But he was also a little nervous to see how Chase responded to Fynn’s question. Lukas knew that most people had pretty good relationships with their siblings, but he also knew that there were people like him and Everton, who had… sibling issues. Every time Lukas thought of Asher, he felt sadness, but also a little anger, a feeling that wasn’t normal for him. Lukas shook off the memories and redirected his attention to their new acquaintance.

She got out of the van, holding her bags at her sides. Xandro stepped out of the trailer, his blue coat shining like a million sapphires.
The van and trailer drove away, leaving girl and horse in front of the imposing school complex.
“Shall we go in?” she asked Xandro, who snorted. “Yeah, I know, there’s stairs, but you should be fine, right?” He tossed his head. “I don’t care if they don’t allow horses in the school. I’m not going in by myself.” Xandro nodded, looking warily at the flight of stairs leading up to the doorway.
Liv began walking up the stairs, and Xandro carefully followed behind her.
“I don’t even understand why I had to come to school here,” she frowned. “My parents are so quick to get rid of me.” She continued, “I don’t even know anyone here.”
Finally they reached the doorway. “Should I knock?” she mused. Xandro didn’t wait. He reared up and kicked the door down.
“Xandro!” she admonished, “well, I suppose that’s one way to do it,” she grumbled under her breath.

Calligripho looked up. “Wait! It doesn’t work if you can’t see it! I just found the page. Once we can see it, we can enter, but not before.”
Dante ignored him. “I saw where he went in, right? So I can go in.”
Manly pondered that. “He’s got a point there, Inky.”
Calligripho muttered something under his breath. Then he cleared his throat. “As for the rest of us, we have to say the spell here.”
Yeamano looked suspiciously at Inky. “What spell? Witchcraft? There are laws against black magic back home.”
Calligripho leaned closer to the book. “Uh… ‘Oodelady, oodelady, golly what a day’ is what it says.”
Manly rolled his eyes. “Seriously?”
“Well, it worked.” Calligripho pointed. Instead of an empty lot, a graceful white marble staircase led up to glass doors. The face of the building was a mixture of all the styles that could be described as “grand”.
“Come on, Dante,” Calligripho turned to say. But he was already gone. “Oh, right. He left. Forgot about that.”
“I wonder what he’s seeing in there right now,” pondered Yeamano.

Crazy life, yeah. Chase new what that was like, and a normal school…What is a normal school to normal people? And therapists, oof. Chase nervously rubbed his thigh, then exercised his fingers. He and his mental therapist never got along. His old physical therapist? She was nice, but he never liked the therapy.
“N-no, n-not really. Not yet anyways. ” Chase suddenly realized he had been hiding under his hood the entire time. It was natural to him, but he thought he could trust these two. He pulled off his hood, revealing his dark hair and pitch black iris’s. He tried to smile, but it came out looking wobbly and forced, like his first ever attempt to smile.
"You need French Toast."
If I can’t RP again tonight, I’ll be able to get to it sometime tomorrow.
