@whalekeeper @euodia-vision okay good ? and yup! That’s good with me! I want to get back to the dance after he’s safe, and also be able to do fun “normal” kid stuff with him and introduce him to it/see his reaction to it! That’ll be so fun cuz he’ll get to experience emotions most kids don’t have with certain things since they basically grew up with those things.
I realized the other day that Paxton hasn’t ever been tickled…
that’s definitely gonna be one of the things that I later want him to be introduced to.

Paxton fiddled with one of his backpack’s zippers, not meeting Riker, or any of the others’ eyes.
He needed…wanted the help…but could he really trust them with everything?
With…this?
He’d…he’d never let anyone see the welts, or marks, or bruises before…
No one…ever.
That was the number one rule…
If he broke that one…he couldn’t imagine what would happen.
Talking was one thing…and carrying Hope around…even that wasn’t so bad…
But could he really show them…?
And…if he did…what would they do?
Would they be…angry at him? Hurt him even more?
He trembled a bit, unsure.
Hey…so idk if Riker or one of ur other boys are okay to do this, and if not it’s fine but…I’m just wondering if maybe Pax would feel a bit more comfortable if Riker or someone showed him a bruise of their own? Maybe on their arm or something? Idk up to you.
He’s gotta a lot of thoughts going through his brain, and while he knows they don’t really mean him any harm, he’s just used to people beating up on him…so he’s kinda afraid they’ll be angry at him…
