A scaly, winged boy approached us. “I can be of assistance.” he said. “Trust me, with siblings like mine, I’ve learned how to neutralize plenty of dangerous chemicals.” He had apparently overheard our conversation.
Brian recovered quickly, noticing how similar this boy was built compared to the other dragon kid, who had not been of hostile intent.. Brian’s sword remained in its sheath. He addressed the newcomer. “Is that so? Very interesting… I was actually planning to talk to the thief, you know, try to convince him to not blow us all to kingdom come. We’re after a boy named… what was it, Katonia?”
“Seb. His name is Seb,” I filled in.
“Right. But if talking doesn’t work, me might try a plan B…” Brian pondered his plan for a moment. He looked up suddenly. “Would you happen to know where this ‘Seb’ is?”

Paxton unexpectedly stepped out of the bathroom.
Right…. Marcel sighed as he flipped a page in his magazine. He glanced down at the floor, where the tiniest wisp of cloud still floated next to Pax’s bed, and banished it.
Pax’s face was lightly pink from a hot shower, and he held a forlorn, worn out stuffed bear.
He seemed the type of kid to want a bear at night. But from the way he clutched it in one hand, and flickered his gaze back and forth between them, his nervousness appeared to have a twinge of embarrassment mixed up inside. He began to retreat.
Seb cleared his throat. “Hey, you.”
Pax cringed at the words, and stood quietly in the doorway, waiting for whatever might come.
Seb hopped off his bed with a little thump.
He gave the timid boy a look, as if to say, don’t move, and traipsed into the bathroom himself.“Sooooo…” Marcel put down his magazine and looked out the window, where the sky was sprinkled with puffy sorbet clouds and a few white spots, which were probably birds. “How often do you leave this school?”
The kid didn’t say anything. But something in his eyes told Marcel outings weren’t all too common.
Marcel wasn’t a social person. He never went out by himself, and when he did go out, it was to either the comics shop (big surprise there), or to the Dogchild’s carnival. The latter only in the summer, and the place wasn’t safe.
But especially for someone like him, a quick stop at the local soda fountain or a little free library brought the sun back into his eyes.
This kid needed to touch grass. Pronto.
Seb strode back through the bathroom door – but this time, he looked a little different. Almost taller.
He had on large bunny slippers, which were as tough-soled as sneakers, and just about as customized as anyone could ever imagine. They had fuzzy, stitched-in noses, pink, bejeweled eyes, and the softest, velvetiest silk ears. Pax’s bear seemed practically normal in comparison.
Sev blinked at Pax.
The little boy slowly hugged his bear closer, staring at his bizarre roommate.
Then Sebastian furrowed his brows, shrugged a shoulder, and hopped back onto his bed – where he promptly began to bounce up and down. “We should order that pizza.”

😱😱 I’m so sorry if I took it that way. Since I was replying to @calyhuge’s comment, where the characters were basically saying “we need to stop him before he kills the whole school,” I didn’t get a chance to see your ideas on it.
Oh, and I’m pretty sure Seb knows how to use explosives properly. So does Wrecker. That doesn’t mean he didn’t grab any “things that would kill him if he merely opened them” by accident or something.
Also, Tech doesn’t know Seb. Maybe Seb does know how to open those bottles without killing himself by accident.
In any case, I’m sorry for perpetuating any unnecessary conflict.
Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.

@keilah-h No, no, this is getting awesome! Imagine the awkwardness! Seb may know how to use explosives properly… but is that a good thing? Btw, plan B is basically steal the chemicals and hide them.
@whalekeeper , since you seem to be in charge here, would it be ok if I added some aspects (attributes, magic stuff) to the school building itself? I have a really cool idea for making the school much more interesting as a building. And does anyone else have opinions on this? I don’t want to make too drastic of changes if people don’t want them.I’m not offended, just overreacting for fun 😂😋 Yeah, exactly, Tech doesn’t know what Seb is capable of, so it makes sense he would assume the worst! You’re good. Nothing to worry about. (Although I have no idea how I’m going to get him out of this mess)
No no no I’m NOT in charge 😅 You should ask @godlyfantasy12 and @freedomwriter76 before making any major changes.
And also gauge interest from other writers on here. …Because people would have to know about the changes, and actually want to participate in them. Believe it or not, we have a large amount of RPers, who seem to be in hibernation right now.
I personally would wait on changes until after the dance, no matter what anyone says…

“I’m unsure exactly” Tech admitted, “but I have a list of the room arrangements if you’d like to see it.”
He led them to where he’d stashed his backpack and pulled out a paper. “Here you go.”

I guess I just personally avoid changing things myself, unless the original creators think it’s fine. Like, I’ve been on here since… the beginning of April? And I haven’t changed the layout all too much, other than help imagine some of the class settings. (And I accidentally initiated the whole dorm room thing, which was pretty funny XD)
But yeah 🙂

He really doesn’t want to get on the wrong end of that sword. Plus he knows from experience that chemicals in a school don’t lead to the best situations……
Just make sure Seb doesn’t hurt him too bad. Otherwise we’ll have his siblings to deal with, and I don’t think a revenge cycle will be a good idea.

Ha, it’s okay, Sebastian wouldn’t hurt him, he would just have a bad opinion of Tech when he finds out, and maybe get revenge in some more harmless way

The new dragon boy handed Brian a paper. Brian studied it for a moment, then set off with purpose. I began to follow, but Brian shooed me away. “You’re still too hot-headed for this sort of thing – it requires subtlety and delicacy.”
“None of which you have!” I yelled back. The dragon boy shrugged and followed Brian at a distance.
