November 15, 2024 at 1:01 pm #189905Crosshair also could’ve been the guy who said “No” to breakfast, although that could easily have been Alpha as well.
Or anyone, really, but it seems like a Crosshair thing to do.

November 15, 2024 at 1:02 pm #189906I’m leaving the dialogue up to interpretation. XD Although I have my own idea of who was speaking

That person was addressed by the president as Markus Haziair

November 15, 2024 at 1:05 pm #189909@whalekeeper ohh ok, in other words it could be your character speaking if you want, there’s no confimation so it’s up to the reader.
although hats are a THING in Mundy’s home world. You do NOT mess with someone’s hat. So it stand to reason he’d be ticked off at them for taking it.

Yeah totally. I saw the hat line as my own character’s line, since he has a hat, but it works for more than one character.

November 15, 2024 at 1:13 pm #189912also what generator did you use to decide who lives and who dies? I’d love to try it out and see what happens lol

November 15, 2024 at 1:14 pm #189913@whalekeeper kind of a cool writer’s choice, everyone sees the lines as from different characters.

Everyone stopped to stare at a slouched man in sunglasses, Joe. He shrugged. “I’m still hungry.”
Hehe I love it
Now I’m really curious what all the characters want their wishes to be. I think I know Dante’s maybe.
And Joe would probably just ask for a cup of coffee or for a mute button for his overly talkative coworkers.
🎵It takes a long time to wait 🌻
November 16, 2024 at 11:02 am #190037Love it!! I love your writing style so much actually! I’m not sure what it is, but something about it makes it easy and engaging to read 🤩

So, as it happens, I am curious too. XD I have some idea of how each character would act in a survival scenario, and everyone wants to survive, buuuuuut I don’t know what each character would wish for. I have guesses. I might ask everyone for ideas, since you guys know your characters best.

Oh… Thank you so much! 😅😌 I was concerned, I truly thought this section wasn’t well written. Thanks for the reinforcement.

November 16, 2024 at 11:20 am #190048No girl, I love it! I think the key to writing chaotic scenes is pacing. Like if you have a lot of long sentences people are going to get confused, but in your case, you stuck to shorter/mid-length sentences and sprinkled in only a few long ones. It worked really well 👌
