Milo
With a huff, Milo settled himself on the floor as Elissa and Feather went into the room to take care of Simon. Crosshair and the other man were still standing by the door and Cammie was sitting against the opposite wall. Beth sat beside her, eyeing the door of the room with a worried look. Milo sighed and closed his eyes, letting the heaviness finally win. He had no idea how long they had been in the castle, but he hadn’t slept once and it was getting to him.
The gong of a bell sounded in the distance. Milo’s eyes flicked open, glancing in the direction the sound had come from. He then looked forward and- Beth was gone. Cammie had stood up, staring wide-eyed at the space beside her. Milo shot his eyes toward the two standing at the door to see the tense and Crosshair halfway to grabbing his weapon.
From behind him, the door opened and Feather spoke, “Crosshair? Milo? Both of you still here?”
He turned toward them to see them looking out into the hall worried. “Yeah,” he paused, not sure if he wanted an answer to his question, “Why?”
Elissa spoke from behind Feather, her voice frantic, “Simon just… disappeared.”

@theloonyone. If both you and @keilah-h are fine with it, I can bring in either Felix/Frida or Hitchens, or Peter…but he’d probably add less conflict, lol XD, since he’s a villain on the path to redemption.
So probably Felix/Frida or Hitchens. 🙂

ACHERON
His boots echoed down the hall, revibrating off the almost completely bare walls.
The golden sword sheaths on his back glowed in the red and orange torchlight.
This place reminded him of his own beloved castle, deep in the mountains of home.
The Dark Mountains.
A fitting, and beautiful, name.
“Jared.”
The young man came forward, the golden lock on the chain encircling his neck clinking. “Yes Master?”
“Walk a bit ahead. See if anyone is up ahead that may know where we are and how we can escape this place.”
Jared nodded. “Yes, Master.”
He walked up ahead, a hand coming to his neck before instantly pulling away, knowing Acheron was watching.
Acheron smiled.
He wouldn’t run.
He knew not to.
“Master?”
“Yes, Jared? What is it? You better not be wasting my time.”
Jared pointed to a door. “There’s people in there, Master.”
Acheron walked forward, smiling. “Ah, good work, Jared. At least you don’t fail at everything.”
The man flinched.
Acheron nodded, before stepping in front of Jared and facing a door.
There were indeed voices carrying from inside.
He grabbed the handle, pulled, and opened it, revealing a dining hall.
Four heads turned to face him, three of which were young, one of whom was still obviously not old.
He smiled and lifted a hand in greeting, Jared still standing in silence behind him. “Good day.”

Lesli and Tauren
Tauren looks up from the table chatter to the sound of the door opening. Two men appear in the doorway, one obviously acting like the superior. The other man wears a gold chain around his neck. Tauren furrows his eyebrows as they step forwards.
“Good day.” One of them says.
Lesli studies the two of them before replying.
“Hi. You’re lost here too?”
She looks between the two of them, noticing the golden sword on ones back, and the gold chain around the others neck.
Who puts a chain around somebody else’s neck?
she glares coldly at the one with the sword.
