SERIN
The group around her stood silently, seemingly still a little shicked at Corvina’s display. Serin herself stood rooted in place, her face granite.
In the moments that her shadow had been moved… manipulated, Serin had seen something in the womans eyes that had made her feel something. Fear.
She had been afraid.
Scared, of the power that had been used over her. She hadn’t been able to look away from Corvina. From her burning eyes. Then Maylee had screamed, and the look had faltered. Corvina had almost seemed… repulsed by her own action.
And a small cord of understanding had knotted through her.
Now Serin stared at the empty door she had stormed through. She tore her tongue from the roof of her mouth, realizing how thirsty she was. The thought worried her. Serin hadn’t yet thought about dehydration. She would grow severly weak without a proper imersion.
Waiting until she was sure her breath wouldn’t be shaky, Serin took in a large inhale looking at the rest of the group. “I think we should go somewhere with water.”

I forgot to answer one of your questions XD. So his chest would not be a color Dylan recgonized. it changes color based on his intense emotions but when he is sleeping or just chill, it glows the specific color of his spirit. Which is different for everyone, so his base color is literally called Zyrin because it’s his

Someone was talking. Zyrin didn’t know who. He moaned, grimacing at the thudding pain in his head. Something touched his shoulder and he recoiled, or he would have if he could move.
He tried to lift his head, catching a glimpse of someone, only for his head to flop back down. “Omch” He mumbled agaist the floor. Zyrin tried to ask who the stranger was through his haze but the words came out all smooshed. “Whoaeryou?”
A hand tentitivly pushed on his arm, helping him to roll on his back. He took in a gulp of air and twitched his hands. Feeling… that’s good…

Allen looked around. “Doesn’t seem to be any near here……but maybe there’s a courtyard somewhere with a fountain or lake? I’ll go look for one. Anyone else want to come?”

“So, who wants to stay here with me and who wants to go look for medicine?” Beth asked.
Crosshair actually surprised Feather when he stepped up and announced, “I’ll go.”
She stared at him. “Wait, you’re volunteering?”
“Yeah. Why not?” he asked. “No doubt it’d be more interesting than standing here.”
She should’ve known he’d have a weird reason like that.
He looked around at the rest of them. “Anyone else coming? I’m fine with doing it alone.”
