@I-J-Anderson ooohhh… I want to try her.
March 10, 2017 at 8:15 pm #27555IJ, you’ll just have to post some of your own Jane artwork when you are done 😀 See how they match up with what everyone else draws. 😉 (They are incredible, trust me)
Theater kid. Currently depressed because I can't stop listening to sad musicals.
March 10, 2017 at 8:38 pm #27558@hope Captain Tor at last!! 😀
Hope it works and I hope it looks good 🙂
Currently reading Les Miserables
March 10, 2017 at 10:20 pm #27576@Christi-Eaton thanks, friend 🙂
March 10, 2017 at 10:28 pm #27578@perfectfifths *squeals* That is adorable! I’m not sure how old he is supposed to be… it reminds me of him as a lad, playing at wolf-riders and hoping to join one day. *grin* It’s so cute!
INTJ - Inhumane. No-feelings. Terrible. Judgment and doom on everyone.
March 11, 2017 at 1:16 am #27588@hope Haha, a lad with a stubble XD He looks a lot older in the original picture on the paper 😛 But see why I want to learn how to draw more realistically, especially for older men or more serious characters.
But you got a she-wolf! And I think she’s pretty good, if I say so myself 😉
Currently reading Les Miserables
March 11, 2017 at 9:13 am #27590@I-J-Anderson I’ve been laughing myself silly over this sketch for about five minutes… Don’t ask me why, but she came to me in caricature and I did my best. *wipes eyes* Here. Have a good laugh.
March 11, 2017 at 9:15 am #27591@perfectfifths Yes, I figured. But hey, everything about art doesn’t have to be realistic. Not that I’m saying it’s bad to learn to draw more realistically but don’t give up your ‘little people’ completely. They are adorable. 😀 And I love the wolf too! So does Tor; he loves his wolf.

March 11, 2017 at 10:00 am #27596Tavalii. Female, twenty two, but small and birdlike with bony hands. She’s a fantasy priestess of a false religion (and she knows its false) who was dedicated to the Temple of the Stars at birth and doesn’t care about herself enough to bother about doing something about any of it. Usually bored. Hates the face-paint and ceremonial wreaths and endless customs of the temple, but tolerates them in a mocking rebellious sort of way. Somewhat kinky, bright brown hair, sharp face, hard green eyes, sarcastic laugh. Smiles beautifully when she smiles sincerely, which is almost never. Deep down she just wants a simple, truthful world without any pomp or ceremony or deception. The man she grows to love calls her Braithe, which means ‘freckles’.
March 11, 2017 at 1:18 pm #27626@kate-flournoy IT’S STINKIN’ CUTE!! I love it so much, it reminds me of the Mysterious Benedict Society. And your lettering is gorgeous.
March 11, 2017 at 1:23 pm #27628@I-J-Anderson thanks. 😀 I’m afraid it fails as a likeness, but it was too funny not to post.
March 11, 2017 at 1:31 pm #27630@Kate-Flournoy Fereleth. 😀

March 11, 2017 at 1:33 pm #27631@Ethryndal oooh… that’s pretty close! I love it! Thank you!
March 11, 2017 at 1:35 pm #27633@Kate-Flournoy I meant to make her smile more apparent, but kind of failed…

March 11, 2017 at 1:37 pm #27634@Ethryndal that’s okay. She is pretty mysterious. 😉 And I love how the light almost looks three-dimensional. Good job.
