Campfire Write (and other writing resources)

I’ve started trying out a writing platform called campfire write. You can organize all your world-building, including characters, locations, plot, and more. You can also write your story on it while referencing your information. I thought I’d share this with my fellow writers to see if it can help any of us. Also, does anyone have other writing resources that they use? I use fighters block (it helps you get past procrastination and just write), OneLook (both the reverse dictionary and thesaurus are really helpful when you need to come up with the right word to use), and Mithril and Mages (an awesome name generator for just about anything).

I’m not really sure either, but I think you can share your projects and writing. You can also publish what you write there, too. I tried sharing mine with you to test it out. I’m @TheLoonyOne cause, you know, why come up with a new username. 😂

I sent you a invite! I have a new character (I need to find him a name 🤣) and his backstory in there, but that’s about it atm. I do a lot of that on paper. I see you got some pictures in there for Milo! How old is he again?

Ooh, I found it! I haven’t done much either, because I’m really busy and I need to focus on actually writing, but I’ll add more. Yeah! I pulled the pictures from my pinterest board for it. Milo is 26 years old (which I didn’t even figure out until I started making character charts). I think I might throw him into the character castle, too. 😂

Has a learning curve but look up Brittany Wang notion tutorials to see what she’s done!! It’s amazing!

Not entirely but u can keep everything in one place just like it!!! And it’s free lol just has a learning curve lol

Mm, yes, free! You can do quite a bit on Campfire for free, but I know there is a limit. Still much better than having all of my world information on one incredibly long document! 🤣
