I didn’t notice his eyes were lopsided until you said it ?? It’s not very noticeable

Yeah, same. I find learning something new sometimes feel depressing ? cuz your just like ‘wow this is the ugliest thing I’ve made in awhile’ always feels good to come out the other side with a new skill though XD

Hey all, it’s been a while :3 Here’s some art I’ve done in the past couple months

This one is a mermoose. This is a mythical creature I made up when I was 14, it’s a cross between a moose and an orca, two of my favorite animals. I have a better painting I did of a mermoose but I don’t have it on my laptop.

Here’s a lil landscape I did in watercolor. I was in the car and it was absolutely beautiful outside, the snow had all melted so all the grass was long and windswept and the trees were.. trees (TREES AHHH I LOVE TREES) and the mountains were all blue and gorgeous and it just made me very happy so I painted it :3 I got this fantastic little watercolor brush pen set for Christmas, it’s so darn portable I can bring it literally anywhere, so I actually drew this in the car.

(I believe the set I have is just called Colorit Refillable Watercolor Brush Pens, for anyone who might be interested. They’re very fun to use!)

Here’s a chilly Bronwen wrapped up in a blanket ?

I sketched in pencil as usual, but I actually inked this in with a quill (I felt so very fancy) and colored it with markers. I did her skin and lips with colored pencil, then highlighted with white gel pen. I really like the shading on this one, it was fun and it turned out pretty well.

@mineralizedwritings THAT IS SO COOL!! Lucky! ? We sometimes get moose in the suburbs in my city, but I sadly have never encountered one in my neighborhood. We do get quite a few whitetails though, sometimes I run outside in the middle of the night to see em lol

Last but not least, the Frog Queen ??

This is a character LoopyLin and I made a few years ago (on my 14th birthday, if I am correct)

I think she’s supposed to have wings but I forgot to add them, oops. This is definitely my best picture of her yet. I sketched in pencil and colored her with the aforementioned watercolor brush pens 😀 I wish the paper I used was longer, I wanted to draw her fantastic froggy feet.
