@loopylin very cool!! The drawing reminds me a little of a character in one of the video games my brother plays. Unfortunately, he happens to hate her cause she’s indirectly responsible for killing him and making him lose a really good win streak. lol

@loopylin Roblox Regretevator. It’s a quirky game. The lore is really weird and wonky but just as a game it’s pretty simple, you just travel between minigames in a magic elevator and occasionally an NPC will join the ride (sometimes affecting players somehow, which is why he blames that one for killing him). He plays it every once in a while.

I did my first full-page scene illustration since I was 10! lol. I think it came off better than those old ones. I tried scanning again… Not sure what I think of it. XD I think I’ll borrow my mother’s projector and try an inked version too. Maybe. XD I forgot how blurry graphite can be with little details.
This is for one of @koshka ‘s stories. Sorry Deniz’s horse didn’t make it on set too.

It was too boring without the shading/fur. I came back and added it on a whim. I don’t know how much of it is patience and how much of it is that little details like fur, shading, and tiny trees on a map are the kind of thing I can happily lose myself in. I’m not responsible for anyone else’s reasons, lol.
Do you draw horses often?
Nope! XD Horses scare me. There’s so much of them to get wrong. But I love staring at pictures of them. I thought I could do the hooves, so I grabbed several photos off the Internet and tried to understand their structure.
