It’s an unsure cultural thing so it’s just left that way until he does what he wants with it / no one is well equipped to cut his hair. That last part sounds weird but there you go. ? Messy hair, don’t care, that’s the kid’s attitude.

Yayy, maybe I’ll do that. If there’s something to show. I’ve been drawing a lot of one character, but I’m drawing her without her mask and I’d like to keep the mystery going until I feel confident with the design. It’s difficult to stick with one drawn version of a character.

Yeah! With the reference I chose above, you could easily focus on one trait as inspiration. I focused on the eyes, but the mouth is a great part of the photo too.
