Credit for the idea of ice cream goes to @raxforge I originally found a reference picture of just four chibi heads on top of each other, and Andrew was talking about cherries so I put a cherry on top and made them all ice cream in my coloring stage

I don’t have ‘dragon well tea’, but I looked it up. The marker color is named after an actual tea.
I find some Ohuhu colors really creatively named like Cotton Candy or Rain Flower Purple. I really like those names (even though I don’t know what they mean by ‘rain flower purple’) and then others are just like, huh?

I get a lot of references from Pinterest, but I’ve heard theres a growing amount of ai art on it so ughhhh. There’s still good stuff on there. I usually use references from shows I like. I recently watched a Donghua called Link Click (wait I haven’t ranted to you about this yet lol, it’s such a great show literally I want to cry just thinking about it) and before my Crunchyroll trial ended I took a bunch of screenshots from it for reference, the coloring is great.

Yeah, there is. 😕 It’s pretty identifiable though, so I just avoid clicking on them and prompting the algorithm. Otherwise I love finding stuff on there.

So I just got an idea. Recently I’ve been enjoying doing some art challenges to help me grow in some weak points in my art, and was wondering if we could do an art challenge together each week or two. Anyone interesting?
