Okay guys, since it’s New Year’s Eve and all, I have a great idea:
We stay up and write until midnight, when we celebrate the new year, decide our writing goals for the year, and then fall into bed exhausted. How’s that sound?

-Christopher BlakewellWow… sounds like fun… and I’m on a writing roll. How about this… I might half do it, because that sounds great… but I love my sleep 😂 I kinda get suuuuper tired before bed, then sometimes get more energy later during the night. I might get up at 12:30 to write with you guys!

Happy New Year fellow writers!!
I haven’t been on here the last couple days because we have family over. I’ve also been trying to finish one of my WIP’s before 2023….but that didn’t end up happening. (I have a half of a chapter left!!!)
One of my New Year’s writing goals is to write for at least an hour every week day. I also am starting a small writing club with some of my friends and siblings which I am really excited about! I’m looking forward to spending time with all of you on here and sharing more of Overcome in the near future.

Happy New Year everyone!! It’s 11:38 here, but I’m exhausted. I was just reading my goals, and instead of saying, “draw everyday for 20 minutes, I said 2o hours. XDXD! I think I’m gonna go on to bed. ANYWAY . . .
I fell asleep at *coughs* 11:58. But @arien woke me up by shoving her notebook in my face at midnight.
I didn’t do too much writing. But I stayed up. And thankfully didn’t fall asleep during church this morning.
Writing goals for the new year?
1. Finish my WIP, Ruby Fire.
2. Write every day, even if it’s not my book–just write.
3. Finish editing my trilogy.
The last one might not happen. But oh well.

1. Finish Swallowtail Summer
2. Write the his-fic short story, Love Your Enemy, with my sister since we’ve been planning it for like two years and never gotten around to it!
