Ooh, cool! They sound really interesting! I didn’t read really anything fantasy before The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, for multiple reasons, but I’m willing to try things that are like an allegory type of fantasy.
I’m a mostly Historical Fiction (and Historical Romance, apparently, recently, lol. 😂) reader. I’ve tried to go out of my genre a few times…but…nothing interests me except His-Fic. I know that may sound weird, but it’s true. 🤷♀️

They are really interesting. Middle grade stories with grown up themes, we loved them as soon as we started to read them. While not what one may call an allegory exactly, as the author said, they are true.
Historical fiction is wonderful! I like it, although I haven’t read much of it recently. I really should.
And it’s not weird. At least, I don’t think it is, but then I’m the one that reads history books for fun. 😉
I kinda want to write some about the Pentecostals that were killed in the Nazi “mercy killings”, because there is literally NOTHING about them, and it’s like, those were our brothers and sisters!

Haha, same girl, same. I read History books for fun. 😂😂😂 Recently been learning about two things during WWII I didn’t know much about. 😉 The battle for Castle Itter and the Berga Concentration Camp, more specifically the fact that American POW’s were sent to that Concentration Camp and many even died there. 😣😭
I don’t think I’ve ever heard of that! Not a surprise they did that tho. 🤧 If you feel like you should, I say go for it! 😁The research may feel like a chore at first, but it really isn’t bad. 😊 As I said, I’ve been learning things I never would have known had I not chosen to research! 😉 I would most definetely read a book like that tho! 😀
