Sure thing!

November 24, 2024 at 3:22 pm #190467There wasn’t really a story, Fantasy RP was set up to have a loose story. Animal RP is kinda of like the other RPs where there real isn’t a story but the RPers make the story up as they go along.
Okay, that sounds fine.
I am a little busy now a days, so I won’t be very helpful in getting the story moved along, so it may be better if you do it. Up to you.
Okay, I guess I will lead it then! Any tips will be greatly appreciated…since I’ve never done this before.

did they tell everyone and I missed it or were you spying on my rather embarrassing conversation in the fanfic forum about him beating out Sniper as RAE’s top Australian?
XD or maybe you guys know each other in real life, idk.

November 24, 2024 at 7:14 pm #190478So I’ve got a character who’s kind of a dog.
Lemme explain.
His name is Winston and he used to have a human form, except that he wasn’t the nicest guy and a sorceress came along and cursed him. So now he’s a dog. He can still talk and stuff, but he looks like a dog.
"Io non ho bisogno di denaro.
Ho bisogno di sentimenti."November 24, 2024 at 7:20 pm #190479I also forgot to mention that he’s a cardboard cutout right now: dry, without a personality, but with some sort of 2D substance I’ve inserted into him which goes along the lines of “you were a bad person, now you’re trying to change, good luck.”

Wait, he’s 2D?? Or is that figuratively? Would you mind explaining?
But, yes! That will work since he’s a full animal. Do you want to introduce him?

November 25, 2024 at 6:44 am #190485Nah, that was figurtive. I talk now like I’m writing a novel.

November 26, 2024 at 7:14 pm #190536Nice characters!
I love her name! It fits a silver fox. Did you know that silver foxes can climb?
Thanks, and to be completely honest I didn’t even know silver foxes existed until I read this XD. That’s cool though, I’m going to have to look into silver foxes now. Also, your characters sound interesting!

November 26, 2024 at 8:21 pm #190541Okay, I’m just going to paste everyone’s animal here so everyone can read it if they haven’t. I tagged everyone who is participating, plus Esther.
I’m going to wait a few more days before starting, which will give time to those people who haven’t introduced their characters yet. And, you know, Thanksgiving is just around the corner! So, after Thanksgiving, I will give the settings, etc…
So, here are the characters already introduced:
Richard and Robert- (rae)
Richard is the older, with large ears that are borderline comical. His whiskers and fur are neatly combed, and he is very gentlemanly and kind.
Robert is his crazy younger brother who looks undeniably more cute than Richard with fluffier checks and smaller ears. His fur his not as tidy as Richard’s but it’s still soft and kept up, it’s just less padded down in place and more *poof*. His whiskers are also at odd lengths.
They both wear wide-brimmed brown hats with an enormous red feather. Think similar to Puss in Boots for style I guess. They also wield swords similar to Puss in Boots. (Which I just now noticed. I didn’t know Puss in Boots existed back then, and yet they are in ways similar to him. Kinda funny)
I believe I decided they were Hymilayan by breed. They have the black ears, noses, and paws but I don’t remember them having the pink eyes. I’ll have to check, but they’re at least similar.
Rune (shadow)
Rune is a silver fox that can speak telepathically. She’s about the size of a normal fox, though bigger and more intelligent than a normal one. She’s very reserved and perceptive, if not a bit straightforward. Idk about the rest of her personality, she didn’t have much to begin with so we’ll see what happens with her.
Buddy Brindle and Sebastian Rover (myself-liberty)
Buddy Brindle:
If you’ve seen the dog that pops up every time I post, yup, you’ve seen Buddy. Buddy is a young hound-like dog. He has a brindle (black/brown striped) coat and orange-brown eyes. From my WIP, he is a midshiper (someone training to be a lieutenant/captain) on a ship. He’s thoughtful, smart, and has a good nose for helping others. He greatly cares about his friends and will do nearly anything to protect/help them. His core virtue is facing fear with boldness and lies with truth. He loves learning new things.
Sebastian Rover: A daring, sarcastic, and fun-loving adventurer! Also a midshiper, the dashing red and white Aussie, is close friends with Buddy. He loves the thrill of a fight, especially when he’s fighting for justice. Fiercely loyal, sometimes his friendships/deep cares blind him from doing what’s right. He’s quick-headed, witty, and bold.
These two dogs are both young, about 17-18 in human age. Both are medium-sized dogs. They are avid learners, always trying to acquire new knowledge. They are very close, like brothers. They are both skilled in fighting, wilderness survival (Buddy is superior of the two), and taking on responsibility.
Stephe also has a dog, and Kefa has a hawk named Skyscraper. If you guys want to introduce them/give more details, please go ahead!
Let me know if you’re planning/need help to make an animal! No pressure if it doesn’t work out!

Gladly!
Winston used to be person, but I won’t describe what his human form looked like. He was a ruthless Captain in the Evil King’s army (I’m writing a novelized fairy tale, so I have permission to name my villain the Evil King lol) and a sorceress came and cursed him to be a dog until he learned how to love. So he’s not particularly nice at the moment.
Ok I didn’t think about it until I looked it up just now, but I really love the idea of him being a brown Newfoundland dog, for no other reason than “I like Newfoundland dogs and they’re pretty much huge, adorable teddy bears.” So he’s a brown Newfoundland dog with brown eyes.
In human age, he’s about twenty to twenty – two years old. I know, I know, that’s young for someone who’s played a larger role in the king’s army. BUT I have a ton of backstory I don’t have the time to type up which explains this, trust me.
After Thanksgiving sounds good!
*chuckles in Canadian*
"Io non ho bisogno di denaro.

Ooh! Newfoundland dogs are so huge and poofy! And they are incredibly strong!
Lewis and Clark actually had a Newfoundland dog named Seaman who went with them on their long trip. He proved to be a worthy companion to their journey.
Another cool thing about Newfoundland dogs is that their feet are thickly webbed making them incredibly proficient swimmers! Far better than other dog breeds. They’ve been used as lifeguard dogs for many years.

Ooo-kay! So, he’s a bit older than my dogs. Fantastic!
In a day or so, we’ll start!
