how could I forget JANUS?!?!
So Lord Janus is another Villain in Paxton’s book. He’s the one who is actually behind everything basically. He killed Paxton’s father, he’s the one who’s been speaking into Aramis’ life. He’s head of the Icari Guard, he’s been a “friend” of the Fallon family, but is actually plotting to overthrow them and take ALL of the kingdoms for himself by using the Fallon’s, and Paxton as well.
He’s literally like Scar from lion king, conniving, scheming, deceptive, cruel, sadistic but also charming.
He can seem like a friend one minute and then your worst nightmare the next (Janus actually means two faced)
HE WOULD BE PERFECT!!!
He wears regal clothing, red or red-ish burgundy, has a cane, (wings obviously but this is an AU and idk if it’s fantasy or real world) and he has brown hair in a small ponytail and brown stubble.
So yea. That’s Lord Janus Donovan Conroy.
Oh hey also, you probably already know this but I was thinking about it and it made me a bit antsy lol…ah I’d rather you not post this Fanfic anywhere but on here plz 😊

And it’s the real world but will probably have a COUPLE fantasy elements, so it’s a bit of fantasy, bc, like, Nyx will be able to talk because I need him to be able to talk…🤣🤣🤣 He was, like, a gift to Lyn or something like that, from someone that got him from a “far off” land…idk…I’m still figuring it out, lol! 😅🤣

Chapter 2
Arabella
Children’s giggles and laughter filled the room.
Brushing a strand of hair behind her ear, standing on her tiptoes, Arabella set a book back on the bookshelf, a sleeping baby in her other arm.
There were so many children in the orphanage.
Whereas weekdays would be filled with school during the afternoon hours, Arabella’s weekends were filled with working the nursery and preschool.
All of the older children were required to pitch in and help.
They were allowed to volunteer, but if they refused to volunteer, they were forced to work somewhere in or outside of the building.
But Arabella had volunteered.
She loved working with children.
They were the little gifts from the heavens above.
Heeled footsteps sounded and Miss Amelia, the woman who worked the nursery every day, stepped into the room, face red, hair falling from the bun at the nape of her neck.
She had chased after three toddlers, trying to catch them after they had raced out of the room.
“Miss Amelia, did you-“
“I sent November to find them.”
Arabella slowly nodded, patting the back of the baby in her arms, keeping the sweetheart asleep.
November was a close friend of hers. He wasn’t well liked by most of the kids in the orphanage, but he was kind and sweet.
Yes, maybe he was a little clumsy at times, but he was sweet, and that was all that mattered.
Rapid footsteps sounded, and from behind Miss Amelia a quick figure emerged, her blonde ponytail whipping around her. “Okay, I’m here! Sorry I’m late!”
Miss Amelia’s eyes narrowed. “You’re late again, Jocelyn.”
“I got a little bit held up, but I promise, I’ll work a few extra hours if I have to!”
Amelia merely huffed and turned to another child.
Arabella turned to her friend and slowly shook her head. “Lyn…”
Jocelyn let out a quiet chuckle. “Guess I should be better about being on time, huh? Eh, I’ll make up for it. I just had a couple things I needed to finish, that’s all!”
Arabella raised an eyebrow, dropping her voice to a whisper. “Did it perhaps involve…your pet, Lyn?”
Lyn gave a quiet giggle. “You know he’d hate you calling him that…but, yeah, it does.”
A small toddler tugged on Lyn’s skirt, and Lyn turned around with a big smile to face the little boy. “Miss Lyn! We wanna play a game!”
“What game do you want to play?” Lyn asked, already rushing off with the little boy, smiling brightly.
Arabella smiled softly, gently laying the baby in her arms in a crib, rubbing her back until she went back to sleep.
Arabella let out a small sigh, smiling, just as the doors to the nursery busted open.
The two boys and the little girl who had rushed off earlier ran into the room giggling, hurrying to join their friends, playing as if nothing had ever even happened.
Behind them was an exhausted November, breathing heavy, leaning against the doorframe, his ginger curls falling around his sweaty face and his red cheeks, his blue eyes sparkling. “I-I got them.”
Amelia nodded; lips set in a tight line. “About time. Did they clean up the hallway?”
November blinked a couple times. “Uh…uhm…n-no ma’am.”
Amelia muttered a few words underneath her breath, words she shouldn’t have spoken around young ones, and turned to November. “You were supposed to get them to pick up the toys. I thought I told you that.”
November shifted from foot to foot.
Arabella bit her lip.
Amelia huffed. “Then you go pick up the toys in the hallway. And if you ever ignore me again, November…well, you know what will happen. Do you want to be sent to the headmaster?”
November quickly shook his head, face paling. “N-no ma’am. I-I’ll go pick up those toys.”
He slipped out of the room.
Arabella let out a quiet, deep breath.
November was a close friend of hers, and she didn’t want to see him hurt.
A quiet prayer tumbled from her lips, filling her with renewed peace.
(the next chapter is gonna have bullies…😬😬😬 Oh, and….heh…one of them in The Gang is going to get into trouble…😬😭)
