I’m going through sort of a difficult season with some anxiety and just feeling a lot of uncertainty in my relationship with God, but thankfully recently I think I’m getting better and really starting to see Him working in this, so that’s been really cool! I haven’t been writing pretty much at all though. Hoping I can start again soon, but I’m kind of just waiting to know when the right time is, if that makes sense.
How are you doing? Are you still working on the story set in Africa? How was KDWC this month (if you were there)?

Nooo, I totally get that. I’ve been starting to realize that right now is just a preparation time for me as an author. Like, there’s no rush to get published young, so it’s looking like I’m going to wait on jumping into the publishing world. I still so so so want to be a writer, but there are also a lot of other things I’d like to pursue too. 😊
yeah, I’m doing pretty good!! School has been… a lot 😅 But I just have a little over a month left, so I’m just trying to push through and keep my grades up! 😮💨
I actually have barely started that one XD I recently got like 14 betas for my next draft of WAtW, which is literally insane and I’m so excited to see their feedback!! In the meantime I’ve been working on the first draft of a YA romance/rom-com that’s been dancing around in my head for a bit. It’s been a blast to write. This is the first time I’m actually going to finish an entire novel in first person and it’s been so fun to dig into my MCs’ psyches. 😝
KDWC went well!! I wasn’t as active on there as I wanted to be, because life is busy and because I wanted to keep up with the community on YWW, but it was still really good! Ever since November, I’ve actually been setting monthly goals for my writing and that is what has been keeping me consistent since then. It’s incredible the way the Lord has been growing my passion for writing!! <33
