Beyond the Summerland, 1st book in the Binding of the Blade series, by L. B. Graham. The ending is EVIL. Reader me is devastated, author me is impressed. And I can’t read the sequels because the library doesn’t have them, and now I have to wait until my brother buys them and then he has to read them! THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME. HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN.
I highly recommend it.
