Greetings KeePers!

We are announcing October's Theme of the Month early so that you get the chance to show off your epic article writing skills and participate in the Dragon Slayer Article Contest!

October's Theme of the Month is...

Heroes and Protagonists

The hero/ Protagonist is the driving force of your story.

The person whose eyes we see the story world through, and body and mind we experience the adventure through.

A well-written and compelling Hero can make us as readers care so much more about the story and enjoy so much more.

A poorly written and boring Hero on the other hand can at best make the book average, and at worst unreadable.

As a writer, you've probably thought about all these things whenever you sit down to figure out what kind of hero you want for your story.

And maybe throughout your years of writing, you've learned a lot by all your attempts at writing a great hero!

If that's so, and you have learned valuable advice and tips from writing and studying stories, I'm encouraging you to take up your pen (or more likely keyboard) and write an article for October's theme of the month!

If you are still new to writing or have absolutely no interest in writing an article and participating in the Dragon Slayer Contest, then sit back grab a refreshing glass of lemonade and look forward to learning all about writing epic Heroes for your stories!
