@gracie-j Ooh…nice idea! Unfortunately I’m not quite one to have many items that fit stories…I’ll probably just try to make story/character aesthetics instead. I haven’t made many before…I like the idea, though.

@gracie-j She was 19! Pretty crazy, right? But also gives us a lot of hope that maybe we too can write something just as good…

Well, I really liked the first draft of the first book, which I think wasn’t originally intended to be a retelling at all, if I recall correctly? So unless you feel it’s necessary to go along with your original plans, I’m sure you’d do great with a non-retelling plot. Or maybe you could do something Scarlet Pimpernel inspired, w…[Read more]

Yeah, adding a satisfactory ending would be really hard after that. I mean, if you had a new leader come in and save the day just before Zac is killed, readers would probably laugh at it as too convenient. Whereas if you had all the executions attract the new leader’s attention, but he got there right after Zac’s death, that w…[Read more]

What kind of ending would a duology need? A new leader and form of government and they all live happily ever after? Or just a sparkle of hope that someday in the future things will get better?
The wedding is scheduled for the beginning of March. We were planning a big wedding, but at this point we’re not sure how many people wo…[Read more]

Ah yes, that was a fun book. Weren’t you going to dissemble it and combine it with the Quillon story?
Well, the one I did for them previously was a musical, with four songs. And musicals are usually more fun than just straight plays. So, although I haven’t decided on what songs to write, I plan to write a few if I can.
It’ll ju…[Read more]

Wonderful!
What are you working on?
I’m just getting started on a new play for my little sisters. My youngest sister has been begging me to write another one before I get married, so this is a rush job. Has to be done by the end of the month. 😉 I’ve been trying to think of an idea, and finally got one a couple of days ago, an…[Read more]

@seekjustice I read Frankenstein last year for school…it was quite interesting. Very impressive to me the age at which Shelley wrote the book.

@writerlexi1216 Thank you! 😀 i just found some images/photos on pinterest and used Canva to create it. I didn’t use a template; just layered images and different elements and text until I was happy with it. 🙂
