@bluejay Is it an older house? Maybe the cat could be a kitten and slip out of a small hole they didn’t notice.

You have a really cool name @Daeus . I love complex plots. I’d like to write something like that eventually, but I figured it would be best to start with something simpler for my first attempt. Great to hear you got a handle on it! 🙂 So are you editing it now?

@Daeus That does sound like an interesting combination. It’s sometimes the characters with the unlikely combination of traits that end up being among the most fascinating. Do you have a title for the story?

@Adry_Grace Oh yes, the stories I could tell. Especially considering my personal obsessive-brainstorming has been around since I was twelve. It’s sheer size is getting ridiculous, but I’m not going to lie, watching it grow and change into something that I think is actually worth writing down has been pretty amazing.

Anyone available from 00:50-00:05? I’m writing my first fight scene, but I keep over think and procrastinating.

@Daeus One of my story ideas ended up morphing quite a bit too. Drake sounds really fun, and how great that you were able to work him into the ending while increasing your climax’s drama.

For instance, I have a character name Beryn (Berin? Beren? I can’t pick a spelling.). He’s a secondary character, but one of my favorites. The irritating thing is that he refuses to just pick a girlfriend! Originally he was with Eleyna’s (one of my major characters)…[Read more]

@Adry_Grace I know exactly how you feel. I could gab on and on about my characters, and their backstories. Yours sound really interesting. Would you say Eli and Millenia are more like really good friends or maybe a mentor-student type relation?

@kate-flournoy Wow! That’s quite a variety! I’d like to try my hand at an Arabian culture sometime. My current WIP is…a bit of a hodgepodge. Something in-between Turkish/Ottoman empire, and Asian. Except the citizens have light hair and eyes with a mediterranean skin tone. 😛
