well, we have cows and a milk cow, dogs, chickens and cats, but my three other families of cousins have goats, a donkey, horses, sheep, ducks, and turkeys, as well as beef and milk cows. 🙂

I cannot agree with you more about parent characters! And “happily-ever-after” stories sometimes frustrate me, too… They don’t reflect reality, and I’m a BIG supporter of fiction reflecting reality. 🙂

Yes, I tend to write when I have nowhere to put my emotions lol (And I have a lot of them!)

I used to do that, too; it’s changed and I’m not exactly sure what I do with my emotions, anymore, lol. I do still write at times when my emotions are high, though. It is relieving, to say the least. (I have a lot of them, too!)
