I like the second one best. 🙂

@emma-flournoy Thank you for more suggestions. It is hard to tell the difference between a nursery tale and a fairy tale, but I’ll see how I go.

@emma-flournoy Huh, I hadn’t even realized that it said “yelled of surprise” Whoops. 😛 Which one is your favourite?

Oops the topic has changed. Sorry about that @anne-of-lothlorien. My fault. 🙁
@clairec You look so gorgeous. That must have been so much fun. My sister and I did a photo shoot once, and I loved every minute of it.
@kate-flournoy It was nice to see your profile picture BIG. Cute dragon.
@ingridrd Love yours too. 🙂 -

@anne-of-lothlorien, mine is me. My sister and I did a 1940s photo shoot, and we had a heap of fun. We kind of ended up with this photo accidentally, and even though you can’t see my face, I think it’s kind of cool! 🙂 I have quite long hair, so we sort of doubled it over and twisted it with some victory rolls at the front. It actually looked…[Read more]

@sarah-h, I will be praying! 🙂
@bluejay, @sarah-h, @hope, @kate-flournoy, @daeus, @spradlin.
Quick update on the kid’s club; the first two days are over, and this is the morning of the third day. So far everything’s gone pretty well, with kids all saying they’re having fun, and also knowing most of the answers to questions, so they must be…[Read more] -

@kate-flournoy YAAAAAAAAY!!! *does happy dance* 😀 😀 😀
Rigoletto! YES!!! That’s a wonderful movie. It hasn’t made me cry, but other than one other movie (Christmas Shoes, which I didn’t even care for 😛 ) it is the one that has come closest to making me cry. @anne-of-lothlorien says I have a heart of stone, but even I can’t remain entirely…[Read more]

@Ingridrd just type a general description of the image— bird with blue feathers, or cat sleeping, or something. At least, that’s what I’ve always done. 😉

Ha, not weird at all @Anne-Of-Lothlorien. (Yes, I’m officially back from vacation. *cue rejoicing @Corissa-Maiden-of-Praise*). My avatar is what @Daeus said— a creepy little dragon hugging a bottle of tabasco sauce.

I hate tabasco sauce, but I’ve loved this picture for as long as I can remember. 😉
And while we’re on the topic of movies… I…[Read more]

@bluejay
What do you write when the little box says “write a description of this image”? Or is that box not supposed to appear…? -

Wow, @BlueJay, you won second in the competition! Good job.
And is ‘Paperclip Productions’ your ownest company?? Wow.
I like this. Is the story taken directly from the Chuck Black story? -

Rumplestiltskin
The Simpleton
Jack and the Beanstalk
Little Red Riding Hood
St. George and the Dragon (or is that a true story?)
Or are all of those too like childrens’ nursery tales?

That is hilarious.
I would say what Daeus said on his post about the first poem—the meter/cadence could use some evening out; though I know with a list of words that must be used, there’s only so much you can do for rhyme and cadence.
And also, ‘a yelled of surprise’ is not grammatically correct. 😉That’s really funny. 🙂

I actually haven’t read any…according to a trusted source (ahem, @Kate-Flournoy), I may not. *shrug* What’s the use, if they’re not AMAZING?
But I know everyone has differing opinions, which I respect. 🙂
