I actually was just in England this summer! I have some British friends, who I’m sure would be happy to help you out. Also, I do know a bit about British culture and accents (I’ve done British accents for some plays before), and I’d be happy to answer any questions that I can answer. 🙂

@emma-flournoy How did you guess? 😉 Yes, Peter Hollen’s does have a version I like, which you can listen to here. Then there is a group, Zyrah, who sings the song in a really cool way. It’s more dramatic and ‘epic’ then most versions. You can watch that one here.

@Emma-Flournoy Indeed. 😀 I still won’t swim in the ocean though; I’m a bit paranoid about sharks. Not really technically afraid of them, I think I’d be willing to swim with them in an aquarium, but I’d much rather stay out of the ocean where I might be accidentally mistaken for a meal. 😉

@Hope I’ve only heard the original version. Mebbe I should listen to a different one. But the voice is just too…yucky sounding! 😛 I don’t like his way of singing. What other version would you recommend? (Lemme guess—did Peter Hollens do one? 😀 )
