@rochellaine @seekjustice @dekreel @dragon-snapper @kaya-young @warrenluther04 @ingridrd Is anyone gonna be on writing like late afternoon-ish (several hours from now)? (my time zone is central standard time. it’s 12:08 pm here)

@seekjustice “Normal” for my family is different than for most families. 🙂 The little kids go to bed when we tell them to, but the older kids stay up until we’re tired, as long as we get up in time to finish what school we’re supposed to do before lunch the next day. And my schedule is even more different because I’m not homeschooled anymore, s…[Read more]

@seekjustice I’m back now too! 🙂 I skipped out for a while to get ready for bed…and to get another “wee hours of the morning” snack.
Oh, good. Yeah, I have a first draft of my novel with a whole long scene where an antagonist and someone he’s mad at quote The Princess Bride at each other, which I put in as a joke and always planned to ta…[Read more]

@seekjustice Enjoy the schoolwork! I may go to bed, or I may still be up. Tag me when you come back, and if I’m awake I’ll answer. 🙂
Lose oars and run over waterfall.
See you later…tonight or tomorrow!
Oh, and I’m commenting on your story, but if you do cut out the words I’m suggesting please keep the original draft, because I’m afraid t…[Read more]

@seekjustice I adore comical poems! *writes down “Banjo Patterson, poet” in random Word document*
Having things fall on you made me think first of “Ding dong! The Witch is dead!” 😀 but I think having a house fall on you would be so rare as to not count for this discussion.
Therefore I will put forth as my accident: Wild animal s…[Read more]

@seekjustice Oh, I will have to read that poem…but sometime when I get my strength back. Three strikes in one night might knock me out. 🙂
An earthquake opens up a crack in the ground and someone falls in.
Boy, am I going to have nightmares tonight! 😀

@seekjustice This time I’m not going to wake my sisters up with my laughter, but with my sniffing. 🙁 I just finished the quick reread so now I’ll go back through and try to find ways to shorten portions of it. I don’t know that I’ll be able to, though.
In the heat of the summer a wild forest fire breaks out and a camper is caught inside…[Read more]

@seekjustice Yes, it works. But the story’s so perfect I don’t want to cut it down at all! I’m afraid to get to the end, because I remember it and know I’m going to cry.
…falling off cliffs, for one? 😀 Want to play a game? With each post we have to think of a new way someone can die accidentally. The person who can’t think of another one…[Read more]

@seekjustice Ooh! I’ve read this story before! Several months ago when I was still wandering around the forums without actually joining…(I think they call it stalking? 😀 )
It’s actually not on edit, but I just requested edit access, so you might consider allowing me. 🙂
Well, the first thing I thought of was car accidents. Those often en…[Read more]

@seekjustice Sure, I’d love to! If you’ll link me a comments google doc I can try to highlight portions that I think could be shortened.
Thanks for all the suggestions! I wonder if he could have killed someone by accident? That sounds like the most interesting out of the lot. But I’d have a hard time because I would have to find a way to mak…[Read more]

@sam-kowal Goodbye! Don’t forget to tell Stan to drop Bobert off soon. He’ll have to go to bed.
@seekjustice Nope. I couldn’t kill him. I think I could kill a villain. I’ve never attempted that yet, though. Maybe I should in the western. It would be easy, with horse thieves and guns, don’t you think?
And maybe, someday, I will get up the…[Read more]

@rochellaine :O I feel sorry for him. It’s got to be scary. Not too sorry, though. I’m too mean to my own characters… 😛
😉 Yep. Bobert can ride now. He’s gotta watch out for the spikes on Stan’s back, which are very sharp. And tell him to hold on tight.
@seekjustice 😀 Not bad. I had word wars with both Snapper and Rochellaine

@seekjustice Hello! Things are great for me, but not so great for dear Uncle Bill, who I just dumped off a the cliff as I had planned. 😀
And @sam-kowal just beat me in a word-race. 🙁
Bobert is finally getting a chance to talk with Stan.
There’s the list for you! How are things in tomorrowland?

@sam-kowal *Bobert sniffles* He’s calming down. I think it will be okay as long as Stan does eventually get back. Especially if you think he’ll let Bobert ride him?
They will definitely end up permanently damaged! @seekjustice will never touch my darlings! 😀
@dragon-snapper Hello again! Obviously, I’m here… 😉
