@valtmy That’s all right. Good night!
@rochellaine Hello! Yeah, yeah, I miss you, too. 😉
How are you doing? Sorry I disappeared last time. I sorta drifted off.

Hey. Not sure when you’ll be back but I’ll put my answer to your first question here before I go:
1. You found out Yishay very quickly. Would it be more interesting if it were not so obvious, or is it fine as it is? If I had him just go to his house and wait for Bathshua would that make it harder to figure out? But that seems quite…[Read more]

Ooh pick me! I’d love to read it!
I’m here now 🙂 Just being unwell has forced me to actually sleep in a bit and get good rest, rather than getting up super early like I’m used to.

@rochellaine Oh I didn’t know you had poison ivy! that’s terrible; I had it once too, on my arms and my face. (having on your face is the. worst. thing.) Have you tried essential oils? my family uses that for most of our ailments.
I’m working on a blog post. 🙂 what are you working on? Oh, I forgot…housework. 😉

@rochellaine I got the invite to your document, thank you! For some reason I can’t get to it on my laptop, and I can only read it on my tablet, which means I can’t comment on the doc. Once I figure out what’s going on with my laptop, I’ll see if I can put in my comments…or I could just tell you here what I think.

I’m doing pretty well, kinda have a temporary cough because I had a horseback riding clinic today and the arena was SO DUSTY! But yeah, doing okay. 😉 And you?

Oh right. I remember you giving me feedback about how it did not really feel like a parody.
So my story is actually not really a parody but a political/historical romance with a comedic bent? I’m not very sure anymore. I’m fine if it does not end up really being a parody anyway. I simply started writing this story with the mind to…[Read more]

Hey guys sorry for vanishing again!
@catwing Yes, my noon is your midnight 😛
@rochellaine Yes I’ve read the doc and left some comments. Take it as a not-so-subtle reminder that I’m still waiting for your comments on my doc. 😭
@seekjustice I forgot to ask but am I going to be one of your beta readers for your second draft of SFI?

Definitely 🙂 It was really fun to read!
I used to think that I was old-fashioned too, because I have rather “backward” ideas, especially for a woman living nowadays. But I think if I went back in time to live I wouldn’t be any less frustrated. 😛

It is good! Especially if you want to learn more about Australia.
No, I haven’t read any of her books, but I have Elisabeth Elliot’s book about her and I’ve read a bit of her poetry.
I thought you might say something like that. I’m very much against modern feminism but I never found Betty to be particularly feminist, though she…[Read more]

Have you got the one on John Flynn? I read that one only recently, though I’ve got other biographies on him.
I have the Elisabeth Elliot book, but I much prefer reading her books, so I never bought Jim Elliot.
Why did you dislike Betty? I like Mary Slessor too. I haven’t read Lilian Trasher, but she sounds interesting. I remember…[Read more]

I think I might have had them all at one time, but I haven’t bought any new ones in a while and they’ve published quite a few more.
How can I choose just one though? Probably my favourite is “Betty Greene” but I also love “Nate Saint” and “Rachel Saint” and “Jacob Deshazer”. I assume you’ve read those ones?
