@dekreel I’m like you. I don’t usually like PG-13 movies, and don’t watch them unless they’re Marvel. Or Star Wars. And I never want to watch an R movie again. So generally PG movies. I haven’t read the book but I have heard of it and I’ve wanted to read it for ages! Before I came across the book I didn’t actually know the Von Trapps were real people.

No, I’m sorry, I just don’t like them. At all. It is my dearest wish that The Sound of Music is remade as not a musical. Though it does make sense it would have singing in it, since its about singers…just…not a musical.

For the record The Sound of Music is not boring. How can it be? It has Nazis in it and fleeing to Switzerland etc. I just really can’t stand the songs, they drive me up the wall. Except for Edelweiss, that one’s nice.
