Ah,yes, my question:
How does your character feel about romantic relationships?

Hi, glad you can join us 😀 Basically, we take turns asking questions about our characters and answer them. You can skim through our earlier posts to get an idea.
The last question was asked by me (the lying one) so I’ll wait for your answers. Then it’ll be @seekjustice‘s turn to ask a question.

Would you like to join in the Crazy Character Game?

I think you have a pretty good idea as to the most embarrassing situation Myeongwol has ever been in (hint: it’s in the first chapter). In case you haven’t noticed, I tend to put my characters in lots of awkward and embarrassing situations. 😛 That’s because I have always been puzzled as to why so many writers can allow their MCs to…[Read more]

Her culture is loosely based on general Australian Aboriginal culture. Horses are a very recent addition to real world Australia and the real life Aborigines had little to do with them. Aborigines also, for the most part lived hunter-gatherer lifestyles and didn’t really keep animals, so I can’t really steal from real life when it comes…[Read more]

Yilla would say to take away someone’s freedom. Courageous would say to take their dignity. High-Praise would say would say their privilege/inheritence/dues.
Or maybe their hot chocolate, who knows?
What is the most embarrassing situation they have ever been in?

On a completely random note, you know how I asked what beverage your character would like to drink and you answered that Yilla would probably have only ever drank water before her entrance to the palace? Well, do you think Yilla would drink mare milk? Or milk from whatever other animals her family has?
I’m not sure what culture you…[Read more]

All right. Here’s my question:
What do your characters think is the worst thing that can be done to a person?

SeekJustice replied to the topic Writers' Corner #21 in the forum General Writing Discussions 7 years, 6 months ago
Its not even lunch time *moans*
Most certainly. Since Jen is gone, would you like to ask a question?

Haha so you were just asking to get confirmation? 😛
Now I’m just imagining the character interactions between Shu Juqing and Yi Yeongshin and pondering over the similarities and differences of my two crown princes.
Are you still around? It’s your turn to ask a question.

@seekjustice I think you need some rest 😉
I’m actually going to leave right now. Just kinda tired/burnt out a little bit; need a break. I may or may not be on later. 😛

I thought it would be something along those lines 😛

Oh dear. If the people of the QOD world meet my emperor or my crown prince in ROF… Say hello to your new ruler. He’s going to whip your miserable, corrupt selves into shape.
Meanwhile, poor Myeongwol is soooo not equipped to deal with the ROF world. She’ll probably just die in the first villain attack.

Now I’ve moved on to completely forgetting to tag you
On another note, I just sent an email to you, or attempted to. Because I sent it to myself instead.

That’s true. He’d probably do that.
Okay, let me ask a question.
What would happen if two of your MCs (from different novels) swapped places?

@valtmy Oops, I forgot your question 🙂
Rin would like to travel even further in the future so see how things were in her home city, Jax would want to travel at least a hundred years in the past to see if life was simpler. I’m not sure about the others…

@seekjustice @valtmy I lost track…who’s turn to ask a question?
-
valtmy replied to the topic Writers' Corner #21 in the forum General Writing Discussions 7 years, 6 months ago
Really? I would have thought that Courageous might consider travelling to the future (i.e. our modern world) where he won’t have to be king and people might be more understanding about his speech impediment because it is recognised as a disorder.
I think it’s your turn to ask a question.

SeekJustice replied to the topic Writers' Corner #21 in the forum General Writing Discussions 7 years, 6 months ago
I don’t know. Yilla wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, because her family is in this time and she wouldn’t be able to take care of them. Courageous wouldn’t ever be happy anywhere. High-Praise would go back to a time before people started disrespecting the monarchy.
