Rochellaine

@christianna-hellwig Welcome!  @dekreel You actually said it?  Wow!  I’ve only heard you say that special little welcoming phrase about twice – or less. 😀

Soo0, Christianna, what’s your favorite period of history?  Do you write any other genres besides fantasy?

My “one word of advice” would be “Realism“.  That may sound strange advice to a fant…[Read more]

@daeus I do – but in a minor way.  Partially because writing isn’t the most important thing for me anymore.  As I have grown older there are other things I find I want to do with my life, and writing is more of a side career for me than my main focus.  However, I do wish to write well enough to impact the culture on a small scale.

@ashlyvye Oh!  I forgot to ask…Do you like Star Trek?

@ashlyvye Rochellaine is good.  😀  Sorry, but I prefer to be mostly anonymous on the internet.  My “name” is a merger of the names of two of my favorite actresses: Rochelle Hudson and Jeanne Crain.  Funny, you’re the first person who’s said they thought my name wasn’t my real one. 😀  But everyone calls me just Rochellaine around here…[Read more]

@warrenluther04 Great!  And when are we going to be permitted to beta-read this awesome story of yours? 😀

@notawriter I didn’t realize that being a kapeefer was an occupation. *goes to update my professional profile on LinkedIn* *realizes that I don’t have a profile on LinkedIn* *wonders if there ever was a point anyway, because it would be hard to explain how being a kapeefer raises my value as a business person*

UGGGH!  Notawriter, you have…[Read more]

@skredder @dekreel is right.  The colors in your collage are AMAZING!

@daughteroftheking I can’t tell you why I like Voyager.  I just do.  😀  Try it and find out!  The dialogue in TOS is much better than in any other series, in my opinion.  It is very witty and sharp and quick.  TNG is much more serious on the surface, but once you get inside it can be hilarious too.  Have you ever seen Q?  (The alien.)…[Read more]

@kaya-young Sorry I didn’t reply sooner.  The reason was kinda because I haven’t been doing much reading lately and had to think back a while to figure out what books to mention. *covers face in shame* *peeks out* But…

I recently introduced my grandmother to the author Isabella Alden.  If you haven’t heard of her, you may have heard of her n…[Read more]

Hey @dekreel Are you still here?

@ashlyvye Hello!  And welcome to the bestistest place on the internet!  ( @kaya-young There!  I got to say it right. 😀 )

So…you like Marvel.  I don’t know as much about Marvel as I do about DC – which isn’t much either. 😀  But most of the movies and tv shows I watch are from 1965 and back.  The classics.  The oldies.  Do you ever watch an…[Read more]

@dekreel Whoops!  Looks like I accidentally did make you disappear.  Let’s see if I can undo the damage. *Shuts eyes* I believe in her.  I believe in her.  I believe she is real.

@destiny Since the tags didn’t work, I’ll re-tag everyone:

@kaya-young (her tag might have worked…) @aislinn-mollisong @dekreel (Also might have worked) @daughteroftheking @ingridrd @his-instrument

@jenwriter17 I’m here!

@princessfoo Haha! 😀  I have gotten some strange looks from my sister upon saying things like that…

Thanks for answering!  This is a fun topic. 😀

@dekreel *speaks sweetly and logically* It looks like a wolf tail would look if it were shaved.  A lot of canines shave their tails for aesthetic appeal.

Anyway, I promised that if you behaved enough like a human I wouldn’t make you disappear.  So you’re safe for the present.  Just don’t do too much of that growling and scratching random wa…[Read more]

@destiny Oh, my goodness!  I completely forgot about that wonderful book!  “Kerplink, kerplank, kerplunk!” is so much fun!  Soooo, that book title is crossed of my list.  Thanks! 😀

As for your characters…

Character 1: I created the names Lurnaz and Landke Gabis, and because they have the hard “s” sound like Paradaisia I think they could wor…[Read more]

@dekreel I have never scratched walls in ecstasy, but I can understand a wolf feeling the need to do so.

(Because, my dear, you are technically a wolf.)

Hi @destiny Your post isn’t showing up, so I’m reposting after copying it from my email:
