@CK4always let me know if you decide to and I’ll help you with the tags. They can be a bit tricky, especially for a newbie. 😉

@CK4always if you’re looking for feedback you can certainly post a link to a google doc and ask around for those interested in giving it a read through. Unfortunately I can’t because I’m up to my ears already, 😛 but I’m sure there are several people here who’d love the opportunity.

@Salome01w4g *grins* You can do it. Go forth and conquer.

@Salome01w4g never. Seriously, never too late. If you’re serious about this story and an outline is what it’s gonna take, outline it.
I’ve been very vocal in the past about my hatred of outlining, but lately I’ve been eating some pretty serious humble pie and planning to outline all the rest of my ideas from here on out. Too late for my current…[Read more] -

@Daeus oh yeah… didn’t think of the address or shipping bit. Hm.
And YES. About the emails— totally. And you’ve succeeded; I love it when I get one of your official emails because it’s usually hilarious. *grins* -

@Emily Zikers, I am late, late, late. So sorry. XD
And it seems that @SeekJustice and @that_writer_girl_99 have already said everything. XD Oi.I will add to what SeekJustice mentioned about pursuing a theme/message that means something to you cuz here’s the thing: if you’re bored/not interested/ not connecting with your story, readers are going…[Read more]

Hey @Daeus
I leave for 10-ish day vacation at the end of the week so just a heads up that I will have to hit the pause button on my beta-reading of your book until I get back.
Also, this trip was kinda a last minute thing (we originally planned for late September but had to reschedule) and I’m afraid it will most likely push me beyond the o…[Read more]-
@graciegirl Thanks for the update. The month time frame is best, but I’m pretty sure that even if it takes you a bit longer I can still meet my hopeful deadline. Enjoy your trip! 🙂

@Daeus Yeah, echoing Kate here: this has really got me thinking….Hmm.
Beyond what anyone else has said…I can’t think of anything. XD I believe that connecting and making a continual effort to stay connected with readers would be a HUGE way to go the extra mile. All the ways the others have mentioned sound great. *thumbs up*
Of course, like…[Read more] -
Gracie replied to the topic Scripture Memorization! in the forum General Writing Discussions 8 years, 9 months ago
I’ve been studying Hebrews lately and have been scrambling to memorize as much as I can. It’s chocked full of amazing stuff! (I mean, the whole Bible is I know, but there are so many verses I’ve found in Hebrews that have really spoken to me.) I’ve never written or typed any of them out yet so this will really help me solidify them since I’m still…[Read more]

@Daeus for others directly… I think oftentimes it just surprises people when you remember them personally in a sea of other voices. Initiating contact instead of just responding, reviving an old joke, or maybe even remembering their birthday and surprising them. (*gulp* I barely remember my own… 😛 ) In other words letting them know that…[Read more]
