@sam-kowal Ah, yes. A dragon. Good choice. That’s so funny, my dad read LOTR to us kids so many years ago and I’ve loved it ever since. And I agree that Percy Jackson were fun books, but definitely not as deep as HP or LOTR. 🙂

The Ascendance Trilogy by Jennifer Nielsen. Not fantasy, not historical fiction. *shrugs* But awesome. Also not Christian, but not horrible either. No evolution. *shrugs*

Thanks everyone! I haven’t read any of these books. Any other classical book suggestions? I’ve read quite a bit of the classics but not all, I’m sure.

@seekjustice What? It’s the best way. 😉 simple, and that way you can avoid infodumps because you just have to punch someone. That’s enough reason in itself.
