I agree with Freedom. Most times, in fiction, it’s spelled out. However, in something like a journal entry… I think it was that if it’s more than three syllables, you should spell it out, otherwise it’s fine. Yeah, I probably should have put that in somewhere. At dinner for the underground, they all eat together in the dining hall, and new people are announced.
