@catwing @seekjustice @jenwriter17 @valtmy Or, as Catwing suggests, favorite sentence. I have no preference. 😛

@seekjustice @catwing @valtmy @jenwriter17 So are we having a ten minute word war?
Sure, let’s do the “last sentence” game. 🙂

@jenwriter17 10 minutes is fine with me.
@seekjustice Oh…hmmmm….
Yeah, let’s do that! Or we could share our favorite sentence we wrote. 🙂

@jenwriter17 I think we all agree that there is no real competing with Seekjustice in terms of how fast we write.
…but we can all dream. 😀
@seekjustice 😛 But Sir Patrick Stewart was bald first, and he was/is considered one of the most handsome men of his time.
@catwing She didn’t particularly do anything…it was more her brother’s fault. …[Read more]

@seekjustice 224 words! I’m getting faster!
@jenwriter17 Sure!
The guild war is giving me extra motivation to finish in a month. 😀@valtmy Maybe I am hungry… I was trying to tell you that breakfast coming first is a good idea, but my brain said, “breakfast comes first. Use it as the first word then.”
*eats chocolate* Yum. 😀 -

@catwing What if breakfast tagged you back? Would you invite it over for dinner?
@valtmy Hello! Good question. The more I think about it, the more I’m seeing that the direction may work out very well if I handle it correctly. It just freaked me out because it makes things WAY more complicated! But that can be a good thing, as it might add…[Read more]

@seekjustice Please forgive us for abandoning you! 😛
@jenwriter17 @catwing I’m back now.
Are we having more word wars?
Daughter of Judas just took an unexpected turn and I am quite astonished at it. I am also trying to figure out how to turn it back onto the right path because the turn it took was decidedly in the wrong direction. 😉

@valtmy I nearly tagged you as breakfast… Anyway it’s a good idea to eat breakfast first. 🙂
@seekjustice 15 minutes. You can set your own timer and start.

@seekjustice @valtmy I am here! For Nano! For the Guild War! For Starting Fires! So if anyone wants to word war. I’ll probably lose but still. 🙂

@jenwriter17 278 words.
I’ve got to go for a short bit. See you in a while if you’re still here.

@jenwriter17 Sorry, got distracted when I noticed a new Star Trek series had been announced… 😛 So I’ve been texting my brother about that.
How about a ten minute word war?

Rochellaine replied to the topic Writers' Corner #21 in the forum General Writing Discussions 7 years, 10 months ago
@jenwriter17 😛
I can word war with you now if you want.
@seekjustice Oh, cool! There’s a classic I’ve read that you haven’t read! 😛 I thought the only classics I’d read that you hadn’t were the Mark Twain books. Usually if it’s a classic, you’ve read it and I haven’t. 😉
Yup that’s it. I think I understood most of the poem, but you pro…[Read more]

@jenwriter17 I think “adulting” is one of the strangest things our generation has come up with. 😛
@seekjustice I saw the Disney Jungle Book movie when I was little, which I know very well is completely different from the book. Unfortunately I’ve not read the book yet. I was about to once, but I forgot or something…maybe I got caught up in a…[Read more]

@seekjustice I haven’t read much of Rudyard Kipling. But I absolutely loved Rikki Tikki Tavi. I actually found him to be quite adorable…which I have a feeling wasn’t the specific purpose of his story… 😛 I’ve read a couple of Kipling’s shorter poems too, such as If. (that is by him, right?) What’s your favorite of his works?
But I don’t th…[Read more]

@jenwriter17 Hello! Sorry, I can’t word war right now. My family is listening to a debate between some candidates for the midterms. I’ll be on later, though.

We can’t seem to agree on anything.
Oh no, that is too large a generalization. In fact, in my last post, I specifically mentioned the fact that I agree with you regarding Jane Austen. 😛 (Did I ever tell you, I once told some ladies I disliked Jane Austen because of all the needless scandals that annoyed me, and they said I’d like th…[Read more]

@dekreel Hm, I don’t know. I very much like when Kirk starts to go nuts and blend with the environment, forcing Spock to do so as well. Especially since Spock admits that logic does not apply in the situation because apparently it would be illogical not to admit that. (?! 😛 )
But the Fizzbin game is great too. 😀
I noticed something this t…[Read more]

@seekjustice Welcome back! Yeah, I was sick a couple weeks ago. It’s not fun. 😛
@jenwriter17Â Yo! I’m not writing right now, I’m mostly here to reply to Rochellaine. XD

@seekjustice Oh, I’m sorry! You can see you were missed, as you were tagged several times over the past few days. 😉 Glad you’re feeling at least a bit better now.

Seriously?? Oh, but, really seriously? Oh my goodness! How sad! I mean, I can understand and agree with your opinion of Jane Austen, but…what did Lewis Carroll ever do to…[Read more]
