Welcome to the bestistest place on the internet, @joy!
You’re the second person to join the forum because they found us through Pinterest. I guess that social media stuff works. 😛
Do you have a book you’re working on at the moment?

@koryn-koch Welcome to your bestistest place on the internet. Is your name pronounced Core-in? It sounds nice and crunchy. 😀
If you do get a chance, A Tale of Two Cities is my second favorite book. The Count of Monte Cristo is the first.

@winter-rose If you’re still there, I’m joining in for an hour.

Daeus replied to the topic My Time Travel Book in the forum Novel Critique Requests 8 years, 9 months ago
@winter-rose That would be fine. I would, however, ask that if you do that, please let me know right away if you think there’s anything major that needs fixed (i.e. a character isn’t coming across right, a scene should be structured differently, I have a consistently recurring stylistic problem etc). I’d like to be able to get to major problems right away.

@daeus Wow, you have shown me the light! I can now write a successful English novel! 😀 And you’re totally right about France. We shouldn’t listen to them, especially because of the frogs. 😉
In all seriousness, though, that was great, and you have gotten a new subscriber! *British accent* I look forward to seeing what other bookish humour and…[Read more]
