@winter-rose working on a first draft. I’m trying to finish over the summer, and if I want to do that, I’ll actually have to write and not just procrastinate! Yes, we used to have a pool. They take an incredible amount of work!

It’s been an embarrassingly long time since I’ve written… And I’m going to fix that today! Anybody with me? 😀 (I’ll be around for 30-60 minutes.)

@dragon-snapper I just saw the other day! I’m so excited! Apparently, they tried to start making a movie a few years back, but ran out of funding or something. I really hope they stick to the book and not make a ton of changes… But regardless, I’m seeing it. 😀

I too like the philosophical musings and such. I tend to gravitate towards blogs with a lot of personality too. But I’m mostly there for writing and such. I enjoy the odd short story because I like to see that the people know what they’re talking about when it comes to writing. 😉

@emily-d I did NaNoWriMo for the first time last year too. It was crazy, but it was still a great experience! I would say make a designated time to write, but also write whenever you have a spare moment. Write during lunch break, write before you go to bed, and after you wake up.
