  It’s set in the 2050s, so mostly pretty similar. Probably more similar to the present time than the 2050s actually would be. 🤣

  I’m so sorry, that sounds rough. I hope your new therapist is able to give you better advice than that! I get that sometimes if you don’t understand something really well or haven’t experienced it, it’s hard to give advice, but I’m sure stuff like that is frustrating to hear on your part.
